We arrived to a dirty room with hair and dust in the bathroom sink and toilet and found the bed to have quite old / dirty pillow cases and small (presumably blood) stains from previous guests around the head of the bed. There were also crumbs and hair in other layers of the blankets. As we left for dinner we asked if we could have towels brought to the room and for the sheets to be changed. The staff seemed very nonchalant and said that it was normal for the sheets to be a little dirty; it was okay. One of the towels they brought was extremely old, very used and had a hole in it. We thought okay it's not so bad we won't say anything... My partner had no sleep due to bites which he assumed were from mosquitos. Around 6am he had enough and checked to discover the were actually bedbugs!!! We found 2 live ones in the bed and packed to leave immediately. Upon checkout the cleaning lady laughed when he said there were bedbugs and said to come back at 10am when the manager is there if we wanted because she couldn't do anything about a refund. 100% would not recommend this hotel.

SI BUSCAS UN LUGAR PARA HOSPEDARTE Y QUE ESTE LUGAR TENGA LAS 3¨B, SIN DUDA HOTEL SONORA ES UNA MUY BUENA OPCIÓN. ESTA EN UNA ZONA MUY CERCANA A LAS ESTACIONES DEL METRO, CAMINANDO PUEDES LLEGAR AL ENTRO HISTÓRICO, ESTA LIMPIO, LAS HABITACIONES SON AUSTERAS PERO MUY CÓMODAS; YO ME QUEDÉ EL EN TERCER PISO PORQUE LLEGUÉ TEMPRANO Y ME DIERON HABITACIÓN ANTES DEL CHECK, LA ÚNICA OBSERVACIÓN QUE HARÍA ES QUE SI LAS MANTAS O SÁBANAS DE LAS CAMAS YA ESTAN PERCUDIDAS LAS CAMBIEN PORQUE DA EL ASPECTO DE QUE ESTAN SUCIAS.

La ubicación es buena, cercano a Garibaldi, Eje Central; puedes llegar caminando a Zócalo o Bellas Artes. Recibí buen trato por parte del personal y aunque el sitio no es lo mejor, es bueno para dormir. Las sábanas y el mobiliario no estaban en las mejores condiciones.
