Horrible Front Desk Staff”

Hotel Sowbhagya

Most horrible experience with the young freakish looking reception counter boy. Refused to accept my paid booking because I arrived at 12.03, past midnight!!!! It was due to Flight delay and this skunk had the cheek to refuse by booking though I arrived just 3 min late. Very arrogant foolish boy....must be the owner's son. No hot water. No towels. Had to scream for one. Very small congested room. Definitely NOT a 3-star as stated in internet. Its worst than a downtown lodge!
