Very good hotel to stay.comfortable bed.a lot of tv channel.but 2nd night i stay was terrible because customers next door held a birthday 'party'.very noisy,shouting around & seriously i cant sleep until 4am.i hope it wont happen again next time because for me,hotel room is not a place to do any kind of celebration with friends ecspecially during midnight.please alert with your costumer's privacy.i will recommend this hotel.please maintain your service & hopefully i will get another chance to stay here.

new hotel, helpful and friendly staff”
as expected from a new hotel, the room is clean with modern interior. i love the wallpaper, our room is a queen-size bed room with forest wallpaper and the size is decent enough for the price. room has small window facing the alley, can get noisy late at night and i have big trouble with this. bathroom only has large showerhead over the ceiling, might prefer to have normal showerhead as well. water heater is not too hot, have to put on maximum temperature to get lukewarm shower. big plus on the hbo channel though. location is good with plenty of shops and restaurants and less than 5 minutes drive to HUKM.

The hotel's location is strategic to the hospital we were going, There are many food outlets in the area. The room was small but clean. The staff were helpful. However, we did not understand why there were no windows in the room since the hotel is at the corner lot of a block of shops. The bathroom was tiny and it would be nice to have some place to hang your clothes there. Overall however, this is value for money

I booked a wrong date, but eventually efficiently managed by Agoda and hotel staffs !! ”
Excellent services and considerations were given by the hotel and Agoda team in handling my issues. I only realize that the reservation was made on the wrong date upon my arrival at the hotel lobby. Thankfully, Agoda and this hotel able to make the amendments and provided me with this comfort stay without additional cost. Unfortunately, the toilet seat was broken and there is room for improvement with regards to the cleanliness of the room.

The hotel was nice and still new, but perhaps lack some facility. I didn't notice any water dispensing machine. There was no fridge in the room. The room itself is quite small for 2 single beds. The window was tiny as hell, didn't serve much purpose. But everything else is good. It's very clean. Close to a lot of food places. Closest LRT station is just 1km away.

Love the design of the hotel. The lobby looks impressive, and the rooms are all beautifully designed. I got a very nice room with black and white New York theme! Location is convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby. Will definitely come again!

Me & husband went there for a few times. Worth it room for that rate. So far all the rooms we get cozy & clean. Only last time, we get a room with damaged door lock (toilet). But overall, we like it and no issue for us to come again.

the only complaint that i have is that the daily housekeeping didn't do their job. we went out in the morning and came back late evening but our beds were not made up nor our used towels were replaced with new ones. we're sure it wasn't our fault as we are aware that at some hotels, they will provide a door handle sign that you can hang outside your room door to inform the housekeeping that you would need them to make your room, but they did not have any. please improve on this service. i hope this helps you.

Decent price but awkward room”
When I arrived, room was dirty. They cleaned it, but I had to wait. Small room, which would be okay, except it was so awkwardly configured. No table next to bed, so you have to keep your belongings on the floor. Bathroom was small and inconvenient. The toilet tissue dispenser and towel rack were on the wall directly above the toilet, and the shower head was on the ceiling directly above, so it was impossible not to get your towel and toilet tissue wet while showering. Room was very small, as was the bathroom. Okay for a solo traveler, but might be quite difficult for two people. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the actual rooms were small and not very comfortable. I might stay here again because the location is good and price is cheap, but not for more than one or two nights.

There are some spot in bed linen, and there is cigarette powder in the room. But the staff is nice and friendly. The toilet is clean.
