What a fabulous hotel. The price is not as expensive as other hotels in Maastricht but the quality of the hotel is fantastic. There is free wifi in all rooms and it works perfect. The hotel reception staff are wonderful and just helpful and kind. The reception area is a luxury to stay in - comfy with lots of chairs, free wifi, free soup, and free croissants for guests! It was really an amazing stay and at a great price. The room was sizeable enough - quite big actually - the bathroom/shower was flawless and beautiful. The bed was incredible - king sized, super comfortable and super high quality - so were the sheets and pillows. Finally there was a crib/kot for toddlers up to age 3 I think! Where else can you find that automatically provided in a room? Just wonderful!

Perfect”
I most recommend this hotel to all traveler who visit Maastricht. Just only 5 mins from Maastricht station on the right hand side. You can check in at Townhouse hotel at the opposite side. Room is very big, clean and cute max. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Free soup, fruits and snack till 11.00 pm. You can go to square, down town or shopping area by walk only 10 mins. Have a market on Friday. Overall are perfect and i will be back again

Nice little hotel in front of train station”
5 minutes away walking from train 0station, very clean and spacious room. Big bathroom, and 10 minutes walking from the central of maastricht. Very convenience, fun to stay. We will be back to this hotel when we visit Maastricht again.

Perfect Stay”
We enjoyed a perfect 2 night stay, the hotel was all we could have wanted, large room, very clean, comfy bed, hospitably in the lounge/breakfast area was excellent with a great homely atmosphere from Prosecco on arrival to fresh smoothies and great crispy bacon for breakfast, we could not fault it and loved Maastricht.

A rather odd hotel”
Hmmm... What is there to say about Hip Hotel St Martenslane? Let's start with arriving at the hotel, to be greeted by a locked door! Then noticing a small sign saying to check in at the hotel over the road - interesting... After checking in, you receive a key, and take your bags back across the road, open the front door, and see a gigantic nude photograph on your right (well, almost nude, the woman was wearing a kind of thin leather... thing?... that didn't hide much). The lobby also contained a shoe-shiner, two step-exercise machines, and some food and condom dispensers. Very classy. You open your room door to enter an antechamber with wardrobe, with two more doors: one for the bathroom, and one for the actual room. You enter the room to find soft, purple lighting. Yes, purple lighting - like the kind used in seedy bar toilets to stop junkies from finding their veins. Very classy. The rooms have a huge picture of a rose on one wall, two very uncomfortable (but doubtless 'hip' armchairs). The bed was large, but not particularly comfortable, and placed right in the middle of the room. Really, an odd arrangement. However, the price (about €90/night) is pretty difficult to beat!

wonderful hotel, free great working wifi”
It was our second stay here and the hotel was just as comfortable and value-for-money as ever. Wifi worked great as always (in the room, for free), they have free snacks/bites for hotel guests whenever you pass by or visit reception (soup, croissants etc). The beds are super comfortable (they have a visco topper hence they feel very soft, but firm, high and just heaven to sleep in). The rooms are super large and some even have a small kitchenette (at the regular price).

Fab, central, friendly, clean place to stay!”
This hotel was in a very good position, in a nice area, with lots of cafes, bars ect., an easy walk to the centre and bonnefanten museum. Room was very spacious for 3 adults, clean and had the added bonus of a little kitchen area, with sink, microwave and fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities. You book in at the Townhouse hotel opposite, the staff were very welcoming, and you are offered a small soup and bread or small bites, a glass of presseco, coffee and tea and fresh fruit all free! There is a lovely, very trendy lounge area you are welcome to use. Parking was easy in the station car park, a few yards away, very secure, we could not hear the trains at all. Maarstricht was a lovely city, a calm, happy place! The hotel was the same, highly recommended.

Design hotel close to Maasticht station”
This hotel is quite a new place (opened in 2004) close to the Maastricht station and part of another hotel across the street, where the reception and the breakfast room are located. The room are not very big, but functional, and have a coffee/tea maker, complimentary wifi and one big bed (no rooms with 2 single beds available). The breakfast is quite expensive (around EUR) and includes sparkling wine.

Unexpected bad service ”
At first we were helped pretty friendly, we could drop our bags in the luggage room etcetera. Later when we went back to get the key for a room, we were told we got an upgrade. This upgrade means smaller room, and not the design part room that we wanted. So we went back downstairs to tell reception this. Girl at reception discussed this with colleague, colleague was literally staring, never seen an annoyed person before? In the end we got our room at St Martenslane and not the townhouse like they wanted to place us in but still the service revolving this whole situation was just rude. It's pretty normal not to agree whether an upgrade is good or not, but the staff looked at us as if we were crazy, because their so called 'upgrade' was a joke.

we dont believe with this price, you will get a huge b/f and huge room with many electric socket. the staff are friendly. looks like hippies hotel but clean. no air cond but they provide a fan!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient”
The room is big, clean, and complete with amenities comparable to an apartment (water boiler, microwave/toaster, utensils, and even flat iron and board. It is also very close to the train station. They also offer free morning coffee. On the low side, wifi is a tad slow and the is no phone in the room. If you need anything, you need to cross the street.

Pre.Conference Hotel”
Stayed here prior to a conference. Perfect location as we came in by train from London. Perfect for all of our bus rides even up to St. Pieter and the tunnels, and the 3 Country Point in Vaals. Very well recommended. Front desk staff a little aloof. But soup great!

Loved that there was always fresh fruit available. We were in a room for three and the only problem was that the "single" bed was just a short couch that sounded like it was going to fall apart every time the person sleeping on it rolled over in the night.

Spacious room”
This was the most spacious room of our entire UK/Europe trip. We paid for a triple room as we had a little one, but didn't even manage to use the extra bedding. The only downside was the lift breakdown when we checked in. But it was addressed by the staff, and the next day it was working.

Hotel staff informs us they cannot provide any alternative rooms due to leaking issue and force us to live in other hotel they already book in without any notice and permission from us. Horrible experience from this hotel. They put us into kaboom hotel with the room without fridge or minibar. I sincerely please agoda can do further investigation about their obligation. Terrible experience with this hotel.
