Great ambience
The place was quite far from the main road it gives you a very private appeal. The rooms are small but can live with it. The casino is just within reach.

Disappointing stay
Front desk officer at the time of our check in did not consider that there was a line of people checking in. She just entertained whoever approaches her and did not bother to prioritize the people who are lined up. There was no hot water, the side table lamp bulb was busted and very limited TV channels.

Unacceptable service
Arrived early in the hotel and asked if I can check in early as I will also leave early the next day, the front desk officer told me that there are no room available. So I said okay I'll hust eat my breakfast for today while waiting for a room to be available. The staff said I cannot do that as well. So I waited 2 hours in the lobby then aproach the staff again and said, are you sure you don't have available room? She said yes but when I roam around I notice that there are alot of empty rooms. I told her I'm willing tonpay extra just to check in early- she immediately gave a room key! I paid additional 1800 while she let me wait for 2 hours just to pay extra! What a lousy customer service. No way I will use this hotel again.

No Doctor in the house.
Price, Location, Amenities
This had been our third time in this hotel, and we should say that our previous stay was ok except for the last one. My Nephew kept vomiting after eating about 5 forkful of spaghetti he ordered at around 9pm of January 1, 2016 Room #117. We frantically called for assistance but was told that they have no Doctor in the house , so they sent a nurse instead. Seeing my nephew slumped to the ground, vomiting, Her first question was, "IS HE SICK ??"" We ourselves rushed my nephew to MT. CARMEL HOSPITAL which is the closest to the Hotel. Moving forward, Despite several questions left at the front desk, NO word from the management, NO explanation, NO apologies. Nobody from the management came to check on us after we rushed my nephew to Mt. Carmel Hospital, Except for one who came to get the left over spaghetti. I am hoping that the management would somehow reach out to us the soonest time possible, otherwise we will be compelled to file a complaint to the proper authorities. Thank you.
