Clean room & helpful Staff”
The room is clean with fresh towels. The staff attempted to get a taxi for us along the street (was raining heavily)when no taxi operator took the call. Although, the attempt was unsuccessful, we were grateful for the assistance.

I would definately stay there again”
Great location, great staff, and great value. I would definitely stay there again. Parking was a bit If a problem, but that is common in Naha. The hotel staff actually walked around and helped us find a place. They were amazing! The hotel is right near a monorail station and lots of shops and places to eat.

it was first time visit okinawa, and also was first day. really thankyou for all kindness. i got impressed when i ask how to go 'american village', they gave me a hand out(maybe many people asked) and told me until i understand how to go. 균뒈 죻퀸환뒈 웨워퀀위 죵냐 앙시웡휑용 여풰 쉉풍귀 퓔휘 툴궈 좌야훼요. 위치 진짜 최곱니다. 시끄럽지도 않구요. 딱 둘이 자기 좋은? 침대 상태나 뭐 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 추천합니다.!

Good location. Near shopping sites. Very convenient. Room is clean and tidy. A little bit small but with wi-fi and TV. Few food choices in breakfast but with basic ones like coffee, bread, rice and scrambled eggs. Price is reasonable. A good choice for relaxation tour in Okinawa with limited budget.

This is a good hotel with large sized rooms for japan. the service is exemplary (we were offered towels to dry off when we returned to the hotel when it had been raining) and the included breakfast is convenient. There is a Hotto Motto (bento box take away chain) next door which is handly for cheap meals and also there are many restuarants, bars and cafes. Although on kokusai dori, it is away from the seedy 'strip'.

good location, small room, no facilities”
It is an old-style hotel, with a very tiny room and not much facilities. We added extra bed as we have three adults taking 2 babies, we could barely move in the room. They have laundry and vending machine on the 2/F, where I've never been to, and a tiny breakfast area on G/F. We haven't ate breakfast (800 yen each) there and it doesn't look attractive. The parking location is difficult to access for newcomers, even though a map with mapcode was provided. The only advantage of this hotel were reasonable price and the location is very close to the main street. But I will not stay in this hotel again for the next time.

Nice hotel with good staff and very clean”
The hotel was very nice inside and out and the staff provided excellent service. The area was great for shopping and sight seeing. There were plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby for having a good time with your significant other or friends.

check in was fast and the staffs were kind and attentive. English skills were ok. Rooms are what you can imagine in Japan at such rate, but tidy. Very close to rail station and kokusai street. Just across from Cargoes mall. Ok breakfast.

Good central location, near two monorail stations”
Staff was very helpful, kept our bags while be toured around before check in and after checking out. No view, windows are frosted glass and dont open but a small amount.

Not what I paid for ”
The staff did not honor my booking through Agoda and demanded more money upon arrival. Staff finally admitted fault after many phone calls and stress the next day. A few staff were courteous and apologetic where the others made us feel Unwelcomed. They also were not very informative about the area and transit.
