Very cheap and spacious room. My aircond not so cool especially in the afternoon but it's okay cause I have my young children sensitive to cool also . Only returned to hotel after finished my tour and take enough sleep. If u want budget hotel and more space come here. Only the air-conditioning problem. Ask staff hotel to change room maybe can..

If you want an affordable, big and clean hotel rooms, you should try this hotel. I just love the bed and pillow. It's way too comfortable. Strategic location with lot of restaurants around, laundry services, 24 hours KK store and ample parking space. Furthermore, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely make this hotel as one my favorite. Keep up the good work!

Staff should put in abit more effort in being enthusiastic with their work. They seem lost and sad! Room was clean but for 2 guest they only kept one towel in the room and they shoud advertise online that it is a non smoking hotel. Overal good experience n was happy with the room

We are satisfied with the hotel and location, just the staff have to improve, when the 2nd day we stay the toilet is stuck, the staff unable to fix then just leave it there, and we asked for toilet paper the staff didn't bring to us

Truly exceptional and best value for money ever! Given the price you're paying, this hotel just blew me away! Everything was super clean, the staff are helpful, and the facilities are great! The only issues I had was that the air conditioning didn't seem to be working well, in the sense that even though it was fixed at a certain temperature, it kept fluctuating between hot and cold throughout the entire night. Also, I was woken up in the middle of the night by cigarette smoke coming in from the corridor outside the room. It was so strong that it kept me awake for most of the night. Coupled with the wonky air conditioner, I hardly slept that night. However, I understand that such one-off things do happen and as the hotel is still amazing overall, I will definitely still come back in future and recommend this place to family and friends.

The room I was given wasn't in good condition and even when I requested a change in the room, it wasn't granted so had to stay in a bad room for 3nights with my baby. The staff seems friendly but wasn't of any assistance except for the guy that works night shift as I had to remind them over 5times to change my bedsheet which they only did once.

Overall fine. However, the floor mat is really dirty and disgusting. Room are smaller than 1st visit, this is my second visit to this hotel. Staff continues to talk on phone and ignore customer while the customer is standing in front of the him..

Seriously rude receptionist,two indian girl staffs in the reception treated me like I've owed them $...Considering on staying for even longer but the staffs really made me feel like I'm not paying for my stay.And boss should put a voice recording devices in the reception so that he'll know how his staffs treated their hotel guests!
Dear Guest, I have seen you and explain to you that we do not allow nor give credit to the hotel guest. The staff was right is asking payment from you and you, instead of paying, give them the runaround. While we follow the adage that 'guest is right', we have to a make an exception in your case as you simply don't follow the hotel's instructions ie to return the room card key for extension, delay in payment, rude to the hotel guest etc... As such, I would request Agoda to NOT this review into our ratings, as this unfairly rates the hotel. We have no qualms in taking negative comments but they must be reasonable, where we can improve ourselves. This sort of ratings is absurd and if the guest keeps defaulting in payments and being rude to staff, they are most welcome to seek another hotel. Thanks The Management

I really like one of the housekeeping staff(an indian housekeeping lady named Sarah),she always asked if everything is okay.Comparing to the other staffs they didn't even know if we existed.Hope the reception staffs could be more friendly.

Today on 21/7/2018,while I was still sleeping suddenly there's a staff came in without knocking and I don't think I was dreaming.At first,I thought the reception was going to call and apologize for it but nothing at all.And the hotel wifi really should upgrade,I've been staying almost 2weeks no improvement at all.Hope I could get a complimentary stay.

wifi really sucks,and staffs cant even restart the wifi when asked to and kinda rude too. Staying for almost 2weeks over when I asked for water the staffs ask me to refill and dont even have jug in the room.
Please note that you are a difficult customer and while we treat all guest with utmost of courtesy, you are quite abusive and not an easy person to deal with. You are well aware that we do not have jug in the room but you insist that the staff get a jug for you. Please note that for any filling up of water, you are to do it yourself as we have adequate water dispensers on all floors.

Dear sir, We take each and every comment seriously. We do find merit of complaint and henceforth, have replace the staff involved as we have gotten similar complaints in the past. The hole was there as there was a leak and staff was informed to inform the incoming guest, should the room be sold (and to sell it last), of the hole. Alas, this was not done. My first visit was superb. But this round, it was not up to standard. Toilet bowl and sink was dirty. However service is good; staffs are very helpful and friendly. Just need to improve cleanliness. All the best

Great location ....friendly staff...much better than other budget hotels”
The hotel is very close to Setiya Jaya KTM train station and Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre. A lot of restaurants around. The house keeping team only sweep the floor and also not clean the toilets. The floor needs wet mopping because black blemish makes the floor look dirty and we can feel it with bare foot too.
