Like pulling teeth”
Blankets, teapot, and a staff that tries hard
Our stay was quite difficult. They showed us several rooms when we arrived but when we said we had a reservation with Agoda, they suddenly had no rooms available and no record of the reservation. I showed the voucher to no effect. I eventually had to find a phone and call Agoda (the manager wouldn't let me use theirs). Agoda spoke with him and his attitude magically changed, he found us a room, and the staff was all suddenly trying to be very helpful. The room was nice looking, but we had many problems. There was no heat and there was snow on the ground outside. There was no running water for the first few hours. Wifi did not work during most of our stay. It had cable TV but it went out several times. On the morning after our first night, they woke us up and made us change rooms with no mention of that beforehand. The few good things I can say are that the blankets were warm enough to combat the lack of heat in the room, they provided an electric teapot to help warm us as well, and the staff tried hard to help us but only after Agoda called and talked some sense into them. I do not recommend until they get their reservation process and management issues resolved.

Beautiful rooms with cleanliness”
beautiful and cozy rooms, co-operative staff
staff was co-operative but bit slow service. Rooms were good. Food was not that good. And too little quantity. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay in hotel.

i had booked 2 deluxe rooms through agoda, but when we reached there they gave us one room(family room)which had two rooms in it. one was decent sized and the other was very small and cramped , it looks like an extended room for the children of the family,even the bathrooms were dirty, when questioned they showed us two un-finished rooms in the basement(rough flooring and uncompleted furniture) and asked us to select one among these,so we dint have any other way and selected the family room.although the room was changed after one night the other room was slightly better but with a single bathroom for two rooms combined for which we were not satisfied.

pathetic hotel”
please let me know if you find one..
the rooms were claustrophobic and damp, the service was poor and the food was even more terrible, i felt cheated with the kind of money hotel charged and the kind of service they offered.overall it was way below the mark.strongly recommended for people who want to get depressed or commit suicide..
