Clean, afforadable, good location, small rooms (Japanese size rooms)”
I enjoyed staying in Sunroute Ginza. It’s actually located walking distance from Tokyo Station and close to Ginza Main Street Ginza 1. Clean toilets, comfortable bed. Toiletries from Shiseido . However , there isn’t much TV channel for me to watch and most channel you’ve got to pay. Rooms are small but it’s normal in Japan. Internet WiFi connection is good and I never had to reconnect at all. Toilet shower and pressure is good. Pillows and sheets are clean. Floor carpet is clean . It’s a good buisness hotel if you’re planning to just come back at night and sleep . I’m out most of the day and for me this hotel is just perfect. But you’ve got to know the streets well in order to find this hotel. Or just take a taxi from Tokyo station to this hotel and it cost only 1000Yen. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly . Thank you Sunroute Hotel Ginza and hope to see you again. Dr.Aruen Healthcare Professional& Entrepreneur MALAYSIA

Great Location, Very Clean, Helpful Staff”
This was my second weekend trip in Tokyo. I stayed in Odaiba during my first and lost valuable time traveling into the city. This time we stayed at Hotel Sunroute Ginza and it was great. The location was perfect -- three stations within a couple blocks. The closest was a two minute walk and the farthest around six minutes. With luggage, a taxi from the Kesei Ueno station was only $15, and $10 from Tokyo station. The hotel and room was very clean. Because it is Tokyo, the room was small, but we slept comfortably. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They stored our bags before check in so we could explore the city and held our bags after check out so that we could finish some shopping before our afternoon flight. Great stay. 10/10 will stay here again.

Will Stay Again”
Second time in Tokyo and opted to stay in Ginza area this time. And just wow this hotel made my Tokyo trip one for the books! Restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores are aplenty nearby. Located at the heart of the shopping district - so make sure you check out all the shops (local and international). Metro station nearby. Also near Tokyo station & Ginza station. Tsukiji market only 5 mins by taxi. Hotel’s amenities are complete. They even have a free mobile phone with internet in my room for use during my entire stay. Staff were nice and very helpful - especially the reception lady who was kind enough to explain to the taxi where we should go. Airport transportation options were also explain to us. I like this hotel a lot. And oh, We can borrow umbrellas! I will definitely stay again! If not here, then in other Sunroute hotel chains.

Great service and assistance by counter staff! ”
I had a very good experience with Sunroute Ginza. Let me share why. I had forgotten to take my carrier bag put on the upper shelf deck of the Narita Access bus when I dropped off at Ginza bus stop, and the attendant at the bus stop was not very helpful maybe because they can’t speak English. Thus, I made my way to the hotel to check in and asked the hotel counter staff if she could help to dial the hotline from the bus company. Xu Yixuan, the hotel lady from Sunroute was very helpful and took the pains and effort to help me to dial over, got redirected twice and continued to ask the bus company staff to search for my bag with the details I’ve provided to her. Finally she managed to locate the whereabouts of the bus and asked for them to place it at the Toyko bus terminal station for me to pick up in another 30 mins. Thereafter she dialed a cab for me to pick it up. As such, I’m really happy that I’ve managed to retrieve my bag with the help of Yixuan. Definitely recommended!

Good little hotel on a quiet street”
My stay at the Sunroute Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is hidden off a side street, but is conveniently located around the corner from the Ginza Itchom subway station, and approximately 300 metres from the main Ginza subway station. There are some small restaurants and convenience stores near by which is handy if you need a quick snack or drink. The room was small, but adequate for my needs on this trip. It was clean, had a small table and power for my laptop, and free wifi. The staff were very nice and pleasant to deal with, and had a basic command of English which was very helpful. I would recommend the Sunroute if you're looking for basic accommodation on a reasonable budget.

The price is really good for Tokyo and you get a nice, cozy and really well located room”
I have stayed several times in Tokyo and this was my first time at Sunroute Ginza, there is no point in comparing it with others BUT I must say, you pay a really low price for a great location at Ginza and a really clean and decent room. We stood at a Twin room (2 beds) it is kind of small but cozy and with everything needed on a short visit.

Due to virus situation , but we planned trip for almost a year, we must find most safe location and answer is Ginza. Not disappointed even first seven nights we got room 1209 which lvery small but just for storing stuffs and sleep coz mostly we must have new plan to out of tokyo for visiting urban as nice weather and safer from virus. Then checked out and move to Yuzawa for snow activities , weather and atmosphere were nice too. Finally we came back to check in again and got room 1110 ...Great it was conner room and feeling bigger and more comfortable. , Also staff service and Their hospitality were friendly with nice n fast communication. I asked for early check in coz i cloud change ticket time for Tokyo , so hotel support with a little charge only 1000 Yen and when arrived , i got room about 1 PM and my two luggage with stored with them already in room... totally different in Yuzawa that check in time 3 PM and out at 10 AM. with extra 2500Yen per hours. Je pense que vous pourriez faire des efforts pour la café le matin”
Dear Hotel Sunroute Ginza, I really like your hotel. This is my fourth time I come to you and for long staying. This time 12 days. two years ago for 15 days. I really appreciate your hotel. However, if I might, before t was possible to have some espresso coffee during breakfast. This year this option did not exist any more. That's a pity, because the "standard" coffee is really not good... or the rest, everything was perfect and i will promote your hotel in my network. Thank you for your kindness. Sincerely Jacopo Baboni Schilingi

A perfect stay at Ginza”
The Hotel has a very good location, right next to the Ginza Avenue and close to the Subway Station Kyobashi (access to the Ginza Line). The rooms are quite small, as they are practically everywhere in Japan, but you'll find everything, you needed. The breakfast is good, you'll find Asian and European Food to choose. I've been now for the 4th time in Tokyo and the first 2 times, I stayed at a place in Shinjuku, but now that I now this place, I would say that the Ginza Area is a far more recommended place to stay, especially for Tourists, because you can easily walk around and get very easy to the well known sightseeings.

I loved it here & the location cant be beat!”
I stayed in August 2018 for 1 week, and this hotel exceeded my expectations!! Honestly it's not the "most luxurious" but the location is awesome, near multiple train lines, so I feel like I'll just keep coming back here now that I've stayed once. Ginza is one of the SAFEST areas btw, so if you're a girl traveling alone (like me), this is a great bet! Finding good hotels is so hard when you've never stayed there yourself, so now that I've discovered this gem, I'll probably stick to it. Their English is pretty good, so you shouldnt have too much difficulty communicating with the staff :) The staff members here are super nice, which is standard for pretty much anyone working in japan I think! The room was small, but that is normal for japanese hotels in general, so I actually think for tokyo standards, this room was BIGGER than normal! The images people have posted of the rooms are pretty accurate. They give you PJs, and there was a desk/chair for me to do hwk!

Exceptional”
Room Is clean and size is OK compare to other new hotel nearby. However its still a bit far from metro station. Ginza station is such a complicated and big station with lots of construction work, Some exits are not available after 10pm. I recommend Sunroute hotel but better not the Ginza one.

Suitable Price & Good Location”
My boyfriend and I visited Tokyo first time. It's near many travelling places. It's good to start at Ginza zone. We save time for travelling in Ginza, Tsukiji, Shiodome, Chiyoda,..etc. especially Tokyo Tower. It's also easy to go and back by train which use 1 line in most travelling places. The room is smaller than expected but it's not that bad. We love the king bed which is comfortable. For toilet, it's great. The bath is big fit. The shower & water is good. We booked with no meal. There're many restaurants around there, not expensive and delicious. Ramen shop is awesome. This hotel also closes with many train stations. We recommend

Love Ginza”
The Hotel Sunroute Ginza is in a great location and close to several Metro stations. With luggage it only cost 490 JPY from Tokyo Railway Station. Great breakfast!

Clean and Cozy”
My friend stayed two nights here, and had a "two twin beds" hotel room. The twin beds were quite spacious, more like a super single, which is why the room could have accommodated two small children. The rooms are quite tight in space, but it was fine for the two of us. We enjoyed the plentiful toiletries and to our surprise, the water from the bathroom sink is drinkable water! So cool! The location can't be beat, it's so close to Ginza's main shopping area and subway. We took the Airport Shuttle to Narita airport from the Ginza stop and it was a less than ten minute taxi ride. Also found that to be way less crowded than the Tokyo station stop.

Great place to stay!”
Majority of hotels in Tokyo have very small rooms and the one I stayed in wasn't an exception. It wasn't bad to be honest. It had more space than I thought but it was small nonetheless. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom. It was nice that they offered a hair dryer, kettle, bath tub, and other things. There wasn't a safe box and a the "closet" they offered was very very small. There was a very thin space behind the TV for 5 hangers but I didn't look too much into it as at least they had that. There were lots of wall outlets so if you brought a bunch of gadgets, this is good for you! It was nice that they cleaned the room everyday as going back after a long day was very comfortable. As for breakfast, there wasn't a lot to choose from but it was sufficient. It's really near Ginza shopping street and you can even make Ginza Station your base station when using the train/subway. It's lit well and lots of people are in the area. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Good Choice for Overnight Stay”
We transited in Tokyo and stay overnight at Sunroute. The location is great so we managed some last minute shopping as well as good meals. 10!minutes drive from Tokyo Station is also a great plus. Room is small, as expected, but beds are comfy and bathroom well equipped. Staff are nice. Breakfast doesn’t have too many options but very tasty. Will stay again.

Quiet, clean, great value, we stayed twice!”
Located on a quiet street, we stayed over 5 total days and got excellent quality sleep. Facilities are clean and close to everything we wanted to visit--15 min walk from Tokyo station, 15 min walk from Tsukiji market, <5 min from Ginza-Itchome station, 12 min from Ginza station. Breakfast around the corner 3 blocks down at Eggs 'n things, best ramen within walking distance is Ippudo.

Exceptional”
King bed with full (western-style) bathroom. The staff was exceedingly helpful, check-in was easy, and the buffet breakfast was well worth the price. Thanks for a great stay -- would highly recommend to any friends. Note that access to the Ginza and Asakusa lines make for easy access to the Tokyo main train station, Asakusa, Ueno, and other northeast neighborhoods. Those looking for more nightlife should stay closer to Shinjuku or Shibuya.

Great Deal in a Covenient Location in Ginza”
I really loved this hotel and am writing this review because I don’t agree with some of the past reviews from other people. The room was the appropriate size for a ‘business style’ hotel in Tokyo. It was clean and quiet and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about Tokyo. I would have given it a perfect rating if there had been a laundry facility. I will definitely make stay there next time I’m in Tokyo.

Great location. Small room”
The hotel is in a excellent location. Walkable to Ginza shopping, restaurants and Tokyo station. The rooms are very small if you are doing a double room for 2. May be bigger if you get a room meant for more than 2. Barely room to put any suitcases so if you travel heavy get a bigger room.
