Near Haneda and Shinagaws
Nice hotel and near Yamanote line and shinkansen line and Haneda express line. More of a business hotel but plenty of food court, nice affordable resto and supermarket.

not value for money. location is average.
beside train station, new, clean
This hotel location is beside a train station. However the train station is a bit way out so travelling around is expensive and time consuming. The train ride also is expensive being a private railway operator.

Convenient location
Convenient and clean
Stay was great, bed was a little hard but the location is ideal for work and there is a station just below that goes to the city.

bad hotel
I specified non-smoking rooms during reservation, however, there were smoking rooms only (too smoke-filled rooms) when we arrived. There is no electric euro sockets in rooms. I asked staff to give it to us and they offered to buy it for a few dollars. Bad hotel. nothing to say good about hotel

Nice hotel, location is a bit odd
Room condition, AEON(supermarket),
It was a golden week, but hotel area is very quiet, and provided a relaxed nature. AEON(big market) is just a walk away, so you can easily get groceries whenever you want. I booked this hotel only because it located in sinagawa station. but it is located in sinagawa seaside station, which is a private line of tokyo metro. it will cost you more than 700 yen for return and it is not linked directly to any main station. One tip is, you can take free shuttle bus of AEON(it goes to sinagawa station-ish, about 5 mins walk), if you have a purchased reciept. Airpot access is much better as limousine bus is departing/arriving at the hotel.

Great centrally located hotel as a base
1. The hotel was clean, quiet, and centrally located for shoping and access to the rail transport 2. The staff were very attentive and efficient at checkin/checkout 3. Good value for money
This hotel suited our price range, and although probably best suited for business travelers, it was an excellent base for us to travel around Tokyo for sightseeing, restaurant and not far from Disneyland + Disney Sea. The hotel is right next to the Rinkai Line, where the ticket prices are not included in the JR Pass - but the cost of travel was reasonable and pretty quick for us to get from the hotel to anywhere else in Tokyo through the linked rail network. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from outside. Good hotel stay, thanks.
