Great Location”

Location, Price, Services

The hotel is located very near the station. It is very convenient if you come to Utsunomiya by Shinkansen. The hotel has just been renovated so it is very clean. The staff provides great services.

Convenient and Quiet”

Hotel is situated above the old English Lion's Head pub - usually you can find a friendly face inside if you need assistance or a chat. Very close to the MTR station and a hospital. The staff were super friendly and helpful and spoke great English and went out of their way to help my friend who has mobility difficulties. Free Wi Fi, clean rooms, a nice reception area and a good breakfast in the pub downstairs!

Pleasant”

Pleasant place to stay. Very near the train station and many gyoza eateries. Near to 2 family mart and 1 7-11 so amenities simple. Room was quite small but the fact that the staff speaks good english wins it all.

素晴らしいホテル”

初めてのホテルでしたので、最初は正直あまり期待していなかったのですが、行ってみたら改装したばかりなのかエントランスからとても綺麗で、１番驚いたはフロント前に置いてあるアメニティの多さです。今まで他のホテルでは有料アイテムも、こちらのホテルでは全て無料（売店かと思い何度もフロントで確認(笑)今覚えているだけで紅茶や入浴剤6種類位？ｵｰﾙｲﾝﾜﾝゲル化水、メイク落とし、足のマニキュア塗る時に便利な指を広げるﾘﾗｯｸｽﾊﾟｯﾄ、寝る前のハーブティ、コーヒーはティラミス、メープルとかシロップを好みでいれたり、部屋には一般的なアメニティ（特に気に入ったのは歯ブラシの毛先が歯の隙間にも入りやすい型）、加湿器、無料貸し出し携帯スマホ、とにかく何も持って行かなくても充分過ぎる位のサービスで、どんな高級ホテルでも、これに勝つ所はないのでは？と思いました。クーポン使ったりで5000円でかなりお釣りの来るお値段で泊まれたので、次回宇都宮に行くときは絶対こちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います！お化粧するときに便利な大きな折りたたみの鏡もあってお部屋も清潔で綺麗でした。寝るだけの滞在でしたので、もっと長い時間滞在したかったです！

スタッフの方が丁寧に対応くださり、嬉しかったです。アメニティも充実して、とても良かったです。朝食も美味しく、特に苺ジャムが気に入ってしまいました。部屋の窓が開かなく換気出来なかった点を除いて、とても良かったです。また利用させていただきたいです。

きれいなビジホ”

繁華街とは駅の反対側にあるので、静かです。ただ、その分飲み歩いたりするのには不便かもしれません。 リノベーションしたばかりというせいもあってか、部屋や水回りはとてもきれいでした。 アメニティやお茶はフロントで自由に取れるようになっていましたし、ロビーには無料のコーヒーサービスがありました。 外出する時にいちいちキーを預けないといけないのが面倒ですが…。
