I love the bathtub, the receptionists were very approachable, friendly and accommodating. I commend their spontaneous communication skill both in English and Filipino. The room was clean but I have a sensitive nose. I suggest the hotel to have that signature scent upon entering the hotel until you enter your room and not the smell from the local laundry shop.

Spacious for big families”
I loved that their family room has 4 single beds which is great for families with older kids. Location is convenient and ideal for me because near enough to tourist destinations but not so near in the traffic area. Breakfast is simple but at least inclusive in the booking. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lobby is crowded because of long check-in and check-out process. But everything else was perfect. Comfy room, with choices for free bfast, and easy accessibility to public and private transportation. And we especially liked the instagrammable mini-exhibit per floor.

The hotel is nice and very accessible. However, there is a problem with the parking. There is not enough parking at the hotel site itself and you have to park across the street which is an inconvenience.

We got a room for 4 for around Php 2,100 with free breakfast. The room is spacious with basic amenities. The room, the toilet and the bed was clean, although 2 bulbs are busted. The hotel offers free parking. The only drawback I can think of is fast food chains are not walkable.

Worth the money”
I was planning to cancel my reservation after I booked it because I failed to check on the location of the hotel. I was wanting to be just within walking distance in the city proper. Also, I thought since it's a convention hotel, it would be very crowded. Anyhow, I got no choice and had to stay. But I was happy with my decision because our stay was quite good. The room is very big with comfy beds which is the most important factor for me plus we got upgraded to a superior deluxe room. I only booked for one night but ended up staying for another night. Although, I think the hotel is well occupied, I was not bothered at all. The only con I think is because I was travelling with 2 more adults and 2 kids, I had to pay 100+ one way for transpo(taxi) to town or other attractions which I would've saved if I'd stay in the city proper. The hotel is ideal for travellers with vehicle. Overall, room, service and price with breakfast included, it was all worth the money.

tip: you should book in hotel supreme convention plaza and not the hotel supreme (old building) although they are just facing each other, hotel supreme convention plaza is the newer building, so you can enjoy more the room. you should request for comfy slippers as they do not give it right away. breakfast is good and parking is in front of the building and limited.
