Worst Hotel in Bali”
This hotel was very dirty and is managed by an unhelpful and downright sh***y group of staff. We were given a room with dirty bedding, a ceiling that was falling down and shower that produced water that actually smelled like feces. After complaining to the manager, we got no money back, no improved room and not even an apology. Do not stay at this hotel, it is not worth its apparently cheap price tag. Also, they try to scam you on the Sunrise Trek - the begin by asking for 60 dollars for the trip - I was able to find the exact same trek for 30 dollars elsewhere. Hotel Surya is a terrible, terrible hotel - let it be known.

Decent stay for an economical price”
Have to agree with some of the comments above. Hotel have problem with agoda booking. We were told there wasnt a booking for us under agoda, and it was about 9pm in the night when we arrived for check in. Been calling earlier but ni answer from the front desk. However, the room was decent for the price paid.

It is OK for a night”
Yes the view is nice and the location is good for viewing the lake and volcanoes. Everything is in broken condition. The staffs are not friendly and seem like they are only interested to selling the trekking tour to mount Batur. If you refuse they suddenly become unfriendly. If you pay cash on the spot you can get rooms for per day. It is much cheaper than paying online.

Old and dirty,evrything broken, had to ask for sheets, bath was broken, flusher floods the floor, windows can't be closed , so much noise all over the night (dogs, trucks & people )

Too simple and not friendly”
this simple hotel will be suitable for budget travelers who looking for a decent bed by lake batur...and nothing else. the spartan room come without tissue paper. although the view is nice and the location is ok for viewing morning light and volcanoes, the staffs are not friendly and seem like they are only interested to sell the trekking tour to mount batur. so. it is ok just for a night of sleep but don't expected andy smile.

je déconseille fortement...”
Aucune hygiène (draps non changes, les toilettes recouvert d urine...), aucune politesse et une nuit très bruyante. J'ai commandé deux nuits et au bout de une nuit je suis partie! Bien-sûr ,la personne qui vous accueille vous fait payer toutes les nuits avant.

L'hygiène laisse a désirer dans la chambre, nous avons retrouvé des insectes vivants dans le lit, pas de couverture et l'état de la salle de bain déplorable, même pour le temps d'une nuit je ne recommanderais pas cet hotel, même le personnel n'est pas très accueillant! Bien trop cher pour ce que c'est!

Vraiment sale et pas entretenu - très bruyant”
Baignoire cassée, robinets qui gouttent, draps et literie sales,draps trop étroits pour le lit, chiens qui aboient toute la nuit. Au restaurant plats très gras... A éviter vraiment d'autant qu'il n'y a rien à faire dans le coin.

heruntergekommenes Hotel ohne jeglichen Servie”
Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht um auf den Mount Batur zu steigen. Die lage dafür ist gut. Leider ist das Hotel unter aller Sau. Im gesamten Komplex roch es übel nach altem Abwasser was auch die Zimmer betrifft. Das Restaurant war geschlossen oder noch nie offen weil der Koch krank wäre. Somit gab es auch kein Frühstück (was inklusive war) und auch kein Geld zurück. Wir waren im Nachbarhotel (Segara Hotel) essen. Was ca. 20m entfernt ist. Dort gab es auch Mitarbeiter die anwesend waren und dort haben wir auch die Tour zum Mount Batur gebucht. Wir empfehlen Agoda das Hotel aus dem Angebot zu nehmen. Als wir buchten war es neu und es gab keine Bewertungen.

Verouderd hotel. Personeel is aardig en wil je overal mee helpen. Het hotel ligt dichtbij Mt. Batur en is zeker de moeite waard om te beklimmen dit is te boeken vanuit het hotel.

ห้องพักแย่มาก ไม่สะอาด ห้องน้ำใช้ไม่้ได้ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักไม่มีเลย แต่ชอบบรรยากาศดี อากาศเย็นสบาย แต่เสียนิดเดียว มีกลิ่นเีลี้ยงสัตว์โชยมาเป็นบางครั้ง ร้านอาหารก็ไม่มีตัวเลือกมากนัก

penginapan standar dengan pemandangan yang bagus ”
tidak ada yang istimewa dari penginapan ini selain pemandangan gunung dan danau batur yang indah. sarapan hanya pancake dan teh manis. Air di kamar sempat mati tetai staff hotel segera membantu. Untuk menginap bukan pada musim liburan biasanya bisa mendapatkan harga yang lebih murah dari pemesanan online via internet. kalau anda berniat menginap hanya untuk malakukan pendakian ke gunung batur, penginapan ini cukup.
