The best Hotel in Kotamobagu”
I'm very excited about my stay at Hotel Sutanraja Kotamobagu, The services are s good and the room very cozy with the very beautiful scenery of a mountain and rice field, The food is delicious, I love it overall :)

Mixed feelings”
In short, you don't have other option in Kotamobagu similar to Sutanraja, but for the price, it is a bit disappointing. The staffs performed in mixed ways, the better ones probably due to individual quality and not training. The receptionist that checked me in was very passive, and gave me the wrong type of room, but when i demanded a room change, the other receptionist was very responsive. On a positive note, I asked for a room with balcony, and the balcony was very spacious. My room had issue with drainage in the bathroom, in the first night, they came right away, but on the third night when it happened again, they didn't showed up, and i had to call again, even then it took a long time. The breakfast was tasty, kudos to the chefs. It is way better than Sutanraja Manado, in fact better than most hotels in Manado. But the servers was passive, and especially on the first day, were very incompetent in checking which food had run out, and to replenish them.

We stayed here for one night, it was a good experience. The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean, they have a pool, a gym and the breakfast in the morning was really great. It had a really large variety of food.

I came 2 times in this hotel, but 2 times also disappointing with room service. First time nobody deliver the food after order on night time around 21:30pm and second time nobody pickup the laundry even 2 times conform by phone

Hotel terbaik di Kotamonagu”
Lobby bagus, sarapan enak, biaya sarapan org ke-3 Rp 50.000, kamar besar, tapi bantal dan seprey ada byk noda, saya tdk nyaman tidur. Kamar mandi bagus tapi t4 shower utk mandi tidak ada kain/kaca pelindung jadi lantai kamar mandi sering basah. AC tdk dingin, Lampu kamar redup, utk make up terlalu gelap.
