very small entrance on one way road, + Parking is about 1 km far from hotel ( one way road and walking back to hotel about 300m) + I have to park myself with a map the receptionist gave me -> address is a basement of a building in conner of Intersection with trafic light and automatic door very hard to find + About 30 minutes to park my car and when i back the receptionest tell me 10Euro for that parking ( he should tell me first alfter let me park my car) +Broken lavabo ( i already toook a photo) +Have AC but cannot turn On +8:30 in the morning no one at reception table -> I have to call for 30-40 minute to let someone come up and give the garage key to get my car and check out + English of the receptionist is very hard to communicate ------------------------------------------- Disappointed

don't be put off at all by the approach to the hotel in the evening. it might look small but once you get inside, it is a very friendly hotel, great prices, lovely breakfast for only euros, strong wifi right up to the top floor, relaxing garden patio but most of all the owner and staff are wonderful people. to be honest, i had no expectations for a hotel near the station but the hotel website and traveller reviews on tripadvisor were good. overall i was pleasantly surprised. i was here for a trade show in cannes and the location next to juan-les-pins rail station made for quick and cost-effective travel (2 stops to cannes) to the trade show.

Juan Les Pinsの駅から非常に近く、ビーチまでも近いです。ちょっと裏道を抜けるとカルフールもあり、ちょっとした食べものも買えます。朝食は10ユーロです。中庭での朝食は最高でした。 英語を話さないスタッフも方もいましたが、気持ちは100％通じます。とても親切です。部屋にドライヤーはありませんでした。カギが大きくて持ち歩くのに不便でした。

a szoba és fürdőszoba tiszta és kényelmes volt, de a légkondicionáló berendezés elavult, és hatástalan, ezért melegban csak nyitott ablaknál lehetett aludni, így a hajnali erős zajok zavaróak voltak, pl. szemetes és járdamosó autó, repülőgépzaj, vonat (közel van a pu. a szállóhoz.) a reggelihez a kertben terítettek, kellemes környezetben. széfhasználat a portán ingyenes, parkolási lehetőség mindig volt a közelben, de fizetős garázshely lehetősége is adott volt.
