Near MRT station and limousine ”
Location is good, can take bus from airport, good for night flight traveller, staffs are nice, although can’t communicate well in English, but they try their best to answer my question, there’s a staff can speak mandarin during day time. Hotel is clean, they provided many travel info at lobby, free tea and coffee from afternoon. The breakfast is good.

Convenient for airport ”
Clean hotel. Twin room I was in was quiet, but with illusion of a window (false window behind curtains). Very convenient for airport limousine bus to airport (KIX). Wouldn’t recommend to anyone over six feet tall. The duvet covers are too small for someone over six feet.

Great value for money for everything”
It's a well located place in Osaka, walkable distance from Dotonburi and from Osaka Uehommachi Station. There are also convenience stores nearby as well as a 2 floor supermarket 10minutes away. The room was clean and in great condition when I checked in. And there was also a coin laundry machine and dryer available for guests at a very affordable price (cheaper than other hotels I've stayed at) Would highly recommend staying at this location and I would love to book a room here again if I were to re-visit Osaka.
