Best affordable hotel near Haeundae Beach!”

    Clean, Location, Room

Hotel price is affordable and worth the price especially compared to the hotel nearby the Haeundae Beach. The room is very spacious and equipped with washing machine, mini kitchen, oven, two door fridge, wardrobes, shoes racks, smart TV with hundreds of TV channels, and a mini table. The room is also equipped with high speed internet. Toilet comes with a high tech toilet bowl and it is very clean and hygienic. Location of the hotel is just 1 minute walk to the Haeundae beach. There are several foods nearby the beach and it is very happening especially during the weekends. The hotel is just located 5 minutes walk away from the Haeundae market where you can get some delicious seafood. TIPS: There is one famous shop selling kimchi dumpling (mandu) and red bean pau (jinbang) in the Haeundae market. Avoid the long queue during the weekend and just get it during the weekdays. :) also, you can get the pork rice soup (daeji gukbap), a famous dish only available in Busan, Korea. Staff can speaks English and is very friendly. Breakfast is buffet style with western and oriental style. You can get fried ham, omelette, fried potatoes, broccoli soup, abalone porridge, fried rice, juices and coffee. Across the street from Hauendae Beach”

Hubby and I opted to stay in this hotel because it is the cheapest one we can find near Haeundae Beach and at par with what we wanted for our accommodation. The building has a different name on top that's why we initially couldn't find it. Apparently, 2 hotels are sharing the same building and it's kind of like a condotel. Inside the room you'll have a washer/dryer, a microwave, a stove, pots and pans, plates, glasses and utensils, which is actually convenient for those who are planning not to spend a lot on their meals. The hotel also has 2 convenience stores and a pub in the ground floor, which you can also call for room service. We thought the room size was small, but then when we got to our hotel in Seoul, Hotel the Mark's room seemed average...haha. We had buffet-style breakfast, but don't expect too much because there's really not much to choose from. They also served the same breakfast the 3 days we stayed there. Location wise, as I already mentioned, it is very near Haeundae Beach, just cross the street and you're there. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Haeundae station. If you're planning to take the city tour around Busan, it's just a short leisurely walk along the beach to get to BUTI Tour Bus stop. Overall, if you're poshpacking, this hotel is one to consider.

    Excellent location, price, and room!

The Mark Haeundae is a combination apartment building/hotel. The rooms were very modern and clean. The location was excellent. It is right across the street from the big $$$ hotels and the beach. We will definitely stay again.

A nice and clean hotel near the beach”

Far from airport but just a few steps away from Haeundae beach! Market/Shops and restaurants/bars also nearby. Near Shinsegae (worlds largest department store which houses Spaland) Bus stops also near Facilities in the rooms are high tech. Loved the toilet. Toiletries and necessities (etc toothpaste, toothbrush, laundry detergent since they have washer) are lacking. These were usually provided in other hotels. Drinking water is limited to 2 bottles for the entire stay. Other hotel have water dispensers outside. Towels are also limited to one set. Unlike others who replaces them everyday. Check in is a bit late (3pm) and check out is too early (11am). Suggests 12 hours duration to maximize stay(12pm check in and 12pm check out). Internet is fast Lobby/reception is not that grand but ok Nice receptionists/hotel staff

Perfect for beach like in Busan ”

I and my gf have been to Busan few times. So we decided no to do many things unlike we usually do for this time. Then we spent our time only in Haeundae area. This hotel is just 10mins walking to Haeundae station and 2min to Aiport bus stop;-) Hotel Staffs speak English well and kind, helpful. Some shops Restrants(include Starbucks) are just around. If u stay here,I'll recommend the Restrant "Haeundae rooftop"!! This resto has nice beach view. But they don't have English menu.haha

Although the location is a bit far (10-15 mins walk) from the subway, it's really near haeundae. There is a food market nearby as well where you can buy and eat different Korean food. Amenities and facilities of the hotel is really good. Recommend the place. Comfortable and cozy.

The address and number on the confirmation form were wrong, which made it very difficult for the driver to send us to the hotel (plus the language barrier - it was super frustrating). However, the view from our hotel room was gorgeous, the facilities were modern and great, the location was good (10-15mins walk to the main area at Haeundae and subway), we found three halal restaurants (indian, turkish) at Haeundae, hotel located next to Hard Rock cafe

Good if you are staying around the beach area”

Quite a clean hotel and big rooms, though there was only 1 towel for two people every day and we had to call to get another. On some days cleaning wasn't quite good, but overall alright. We stayed in a traditional Korean room with onsen floor, was abit too hot at times and it doesn't seem adjustable. It was a fun experience sleeping on the floor though. For travellers who are in busan a few days and is not purely staying around the beach area, it is not too good a location to stay as it is far from the main attractions of Busan like Jalgachi fish market and Tanjongdae. It is also abit far from the Haeundae metro station, and was quite hard to find on the first day. For those just staying at the beach area and going to Dalmaji Gil, it is all within walking distance; the beach is just across the road. There are also many convenience stores downstairs and across the road; 2 within the building 1st floor.

    Good”

This hotel close to Haeundae beach and if you're lucky enough you can get a room with a Haeundae view. This hotel also near Hard Rock Cafe Busan and if you're hungry you can go to the Haeundae street near the Haeundae beach/Haeundae metro to grab some snacks and meal. It's like foods heaven! The metro station it's not that far but not that close either. So if you love to walk it'd be no problem, unless you bring a big luggage with you that'd be a lil problem. I decided to take a taxi from Busan station to the hotel but seems the taxi driver didn't get where the hotel was tho he used GPS. Glad that the hotel staff helped me with the direction by phone. The breakfast was just so so, not much option for the breakfast.

Stayed here for a night. Very near to the beach. Did not explore much of Busan, location wise i don't think it's near to the city centre since it's located right at the end of the subway line. Do not expect too much for breakfast. However, this is made up for by the cleanliness of the hotel and good service of the hotel. We had problem turning on the stove, and the hotel staff was very prompt to assist us even at midnight. On our checkout day, they managed to book a transfer service even though it was a last minute request. Last of all, thanks for the upgrade! certainly made our trip a lot more enjoyable

Little hard to find right floor”

I got this location for us and my parents. It's close to the ocean, was brand new (Dec. 2015), and the price was good. I marked it down for "location" as several hotels share the same building so it was a little confusing thinking we went to the wrong hotel. Surprised at how good the breakfast was and it satisfied both the Americans and Korean in our group. I'd visit here again.

We had a Suite Twin room. It had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. I queen bed and one twin. We got additional bedding for the floor. We had a fridge, stove, hot water kettle, small microwave and a washer/dryer combo. Best experience ever! The initial finding of the building was a little difficult. But there’s underground parking that’s free when you give the hotel your license plate number. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach....basically 1 block away, but You come out on the far end of the beach and have to walk about one more block to the part of the beach where “water play” is allowed. There’s lots of restaurants on that end of the beach, so you can stay away from the hub/Ville area if you’d like. We caught an Agoda price special and it was well worth it. We would stay here again.
