Great stay”
Accommodating, helpful & friendly staff, clean room, nice atmosphere. Location is a little bit outside the central area of Amsterdam but still within the museum district. Similar to ordinary Amsterdam houses, it has steep stairs, but staff will help you carry your luggage up&down the stairs. Overall, recommended ;)

Very good”
Enjoyable location, surrounded by high end boutique shops, neighbourhood restaurants and gorgeous Vondelpark. Easy access to main areas of town by tram or easy walk to the famous galleries. Hotel was clean, functional, furnished simply but with love and character. Lovely staff. Would recommend.

Too small. ”
Great location. Good reception area and Lobby to hang out in, but the rooms were extremely small and difficult to even move about in. There were two of us in a double twin room but it felt like a closet. For a solo traveler it would have been ok. Location was excellent. Loved the neighborhood.

Staff are awesome, warm and professional. Very knowledgeable about the city and highlighting its attractions, as well as educating someone who is in Amsterdam for the first time. Very clean rooms and cosy setup.

Warm, friendly and helpful staffs. Clean and tidy big room”
We reached the hotel early. The staffs gave us welcome drinks and rest in their restaurant just next to the check-in counter. After sometime they told us the room is ready. We were so happy and unexpected for the early check-in. They also gave us city map and introduced few sightseeing spots to us. It was a really warm stay experience. Friendly and helpful staffs. Highly recommended.

Travelling with extended family”
This hotel us on a great location. The staff were wonderful - very helpful and friendly. The hotel us clean and the beds are very comfortable. We had unseasonably hot weather so the rooms were a bit warm but I think that would have been the case with any accommodation in Amsterdam during that time - it us a place better geared for cold weather.

The staffs are so cool!”
It a beautiful hotel with a good view of Magnolia garden. The location was perfect for my needs such as visiting museums, nice boutiques and restaurants. One of the staffs, Gilberto was a super cool and very friendly guy! He was also a wonderful guide for tour in Amsterdam. I liked hanging out at the lounge at the end of the long day. The room was cozy and clean. I'd stay here again next time I come to Amsterdam.

Comfortable Stay in Amsterdam”
friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, good atmosphere
It was in general a comfortable stay in Hotel The Neighbours Magnolia. It was nice very of the staff to help moving luggage upstairs as it is an old building with quite steep stairs. Sightseeing spots, restaurants and supermarkets are close to the hotel make it a convenient stay.

Friendly service”
Friendly staff and pleasant location
The staff were very welcoming and helpful here. They were able to give good tips about Amsterdam. I was able to buy my Van Gogh museum ticket here so that I didn't have to stand in the longer of the two queues! The room was tidy and clean, quite small and the bed was not the most comfortable but the room had everything I needed. The location is nice. Away from the busy centre but frequent trams take you easily into the action. The neighbourhood is lovely and the major museums are within 10 mins walk. For its three star status I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, only 1 of the springs of the bed was loose and the springs could be felt. Otherwise the service was great and breakfast perfect.

Quaint setting in suburb next to Vondelpark”
Croissants, coffee, service
Great management team - very friendly. Superb location next to Vondelpark and far enough from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get there quickly. On tram line #9. Quite pricey, but expected in Amsterdam because of high demand tourism market. I wish I owned a hotel in this city.

The most fabulous service possible”
I have not one complaint about this hotel
I have not one compalint about this hotel
6 continents and 43 countries...I know hotels and this hotel provided the best service I have ever received in my entire life. The rooms itself are European and typical of what one would expect but the service and value far surpass anything I have ever experienced. I was greeted warmly by name by the owner, Henke, and provided prompt attention and service by his staff. After my first night, I started to realize there would be a mess in trying to fly out of Schipol and I was indeed was caught in the recent traveling chaos in Europe that also affected Amsterdam. So, you can imagine the traumatic experience I could have had but Henke and his hotel helped to make the time of being stranded bearable and almost enjoyable. He held my room that night and rather than increase the rate due to the limited availability of rooms in the area, he decreased the rate and checked on me daily to ensure that I would not forced to spend any night of my three at the airport on a cot. So, surviving this ordeal, I have nothing but warm regards and no complaints whatsoever regarding my stay at Hotel Zandbergen and I now an so thankful to consider Henke a friend.
