                Online reserved customers are neglected”

                There is no difference in rooms like deluxe or luxury. I choose the costliest rooms and asked for SEA view. When we reached there they have given the corner most rooms with no view. When I asked, they said they do not provide SEA facing rooms to the third party customers even you pay maximum. This is really disappointing. Is this why we book early!!!!! With Agoda!!!!!

                no toilet roll was provided to cater for international guests. staff were friendly but not the best at helping you out. the room smelt damp and the view was of a building site. room service ran till 11pm which was good as i arrived late.

                Would not recommend as cleanliness is pathetic. have book room based on the pictures on the website but in reality it is horrible. People can spend extra money elsewhere to have peace of mind.

                Worst Experience”

                Service is very poor. swimming pool is dirty. Food quality is very bad and the charge of the food is very higher than the market rate. Staffs are very rude. Front desk executives are very uncooperative. They will not provide room if you go before check-in time. If someone request them they will charge extra. Totally not money worthy. Not recommended for a good stay..
