Great hotel, great staff and easy commuting distance from Utrecht. ”

The Hotel staff were very friendly and assisted me with any queries I had. The room was very clean and tidy. It was also one of the biggest hotel rooms I have ever been in. The hotel itself was also a short commute from Utrecht central station (15-20 minutes on the bus). At night time the place is extremely quiet (well it was when I was there.) so you will have no problems getting to sleep.

Arrived late. Kitchen was closing and couldn't provide us with any quick snacks. Receptionist was lovely but didnt know the area so couldn't advise where to find anything locally on foot. (Realised later there was a bar just round the corner!) A lot of noise in the middle of the night by people passing by - windows didnt block out much sound. Cups for making hot drinks were made out of paper. Apart from that, warm, clean, great shower, easy parking.

Firstclass-Hotel ohne Kühlschrank!”

Eigentlich hatten wir in Utrecht ein Hotel gebucht bei Agoda und weshalb dieses Hotel in Utrecht angeboten wird ist uns ein Rätsel. Satte 65Euro Taxikosten bis zu diesem Hotel vom Bahnhof Utrecht aus. Also eine sehr lange Anfahrt für ein Hotel in Utrecht!!! Offenbar ist es in Mode auf Kosten einer grünen Gesinnung Kühlschränke zu entfernen! Unglaublich was uns an der Reception die unfreundliche, blonde Dame erzählte. Man könne aber einen kleinen Kühlschrank für 10Euro am Tag mieten... Das erste Zimmer war ohne die gebuchte Terrasse und so musste ich nochmals runter an die Reception um ein Zimmer mit Terrasse zu bekommen. Warum nicht von Anfang an so? Das zweite Zimmer war ok hatte aber 3 grosse Vogeldreck-Flecken auf der grossen Scheibe! Unglaublich diese Schlamperei. Sind denn die Leute blind??? Da wo der Kühlschrank war hat es ein grosses Loch und man kann sehen dass das Zimmer wie üblich mal einen Kühlschrank hatte. Da hatte es auch einen Kleber wo drauf stand dass es wegen der grünen Gesinnung keinen Kühlschrank mehr gibt. Schön und gut, was ist denn mit den Plastikbechern in Plastik eingepackt? Grün ist doch anders...

Over het algemeen is het een uitstekend hotel,met prima kamers. Helaas zou de bediening in het Grand Café wat sneller kunnen. Het wachten op bediening duurde zo lang (ongeveer half uur), dat we besloten een ander restaurant op te zoeken.

Werd midden in de nacht (5.30 uur) wakker gebeld door interne telefoon. Vanaf dat moment ook veel lawaai op de gang en er werd op (verkeerde) deuren geklopt. Dit wekte veel irritatie en agitatie, ook bij buurkamers.

위치가 암스테르담이나 스키폴 공항에서 멀다는것 빼고는 전체적으로 좋았던 것 같아요! 숙소 내부도 잘 정돈 되어있었고 가격대비 만족도 높은 곳입니다. 호텔 식사도 비싼편 아니었어요~
