During our stay, a group of people made the hotel like bazar. they were too noisy to stop even requesting over phone. The stuffs are very professional, took 10% service charge for everything, even for a call to book a taxi. I would recommend to get information from them but get the package deal by yourself.

Lovely garden, nice, clean well kept hotel. ”
I had to leave the hotel early. My first two nights were disturbed by a very noisy couple who kept me awake. The manager very kindly moved me up a floor and I great sleep. Unfortunately a huge party of Indian tourists arrived at 11p.m. The noise was unbearable and went on till after 3am. It was impossible to sleep. Toa add salt to the wound, three of the men decided to put string across my window and hang washing. I eventually had to go out and ask them to be quiet.... This was completely ignored. One good night's sleep out of five is hopeless. I asked the manager for a refund, but this has not happened.

西藏之家真的有到家里住的感觉很温馨 很干净 早餐也很丰盛 环境比较舒适 而且离闹市有五分钟路程 睡觉很清净的 酒店还有一个阳台可以晒衣服 下雨的时候服务员会帮你收进去 （如果你要干衣服务的话得给一点消费哦） 注意啦 要到萨朗阔特看日出的话请移步到他对面的酒店去订 包车服务比他便宜很多（我们六个人给了一千八百尼币就搞定了） 而且还可以代订到各地的旅游巴士（价格合理 老板人很好的）

脏到不行的一家酒店”
离费瓦湖步行15分钟 位置有点儿偏僻 我们到第一个房间 我拿开枕头前面的靠垫 枕头上有一只不是什么虫子的尸体 虫子身边有很多很多小蚂蚁 我们以wifi信号不好为由 要求换了房间 换了房间后 拉开枕头到是没再看到尸体 但是拉开床单后 看到 一大片污渍 然后便丧失了信心 用本应是白色但却已经是灰色的浴巾铺上凑合睡了 墙上还有很多很多蚂蚁 这是我这次旅行住过的最脏的一间酒店 朋友说他早上睡醒时 发现胳膊和腿上都爬有很多小蚂蚁 但是老板人很客气很友善 酒店还提供早晨 都还不错
