After I check in we proceed to room then we got some foul smell due to they dry bed covers inside hotel. Rooms also not clean.

after a few times check in here the services was so bad.. they ask my friend to leave from the hotel or they will charge for additional but my friend only helps in carrying my things. room 202 the air was so slow and hot when im asking they said the aircond will be cold after 12pm.. but it still remain the same. i had check in there before.. 1st time check was the best experience after that it become worst.. the room without wardrobe no towel the very sad things is the tv's remote not working and they did not do anything. the channel only indian movies which no other option of channel. i was so regret to promoting this hotel to all friend whose plan to have short vacay in KL. i will not banned this hotel just hoping for improvement. however the location is very easy to find.

Rooms like a dungeon moldy and dirty shower not working, rats running through walls and ceiling at night.headboard on the bed so dirty move bed away from it no top sheet blanket smelled bad. Had three rooms one large deluxe in corner had windows in wasn't too bad. Other rooms were terrible one of us move three times. Paid for three days left after two. On the upside it is very close to batu caves and we were here for the Hindu festival very strange and worth seeing. Good coffeeshop 200 feet away away also two restaurants. However of the three couples none of us would recommend anyone staying here.
