Strategic location, great staff, clean rooms, good food. The only complaints is the traffic noise from the main road.

Good location, old bathrooms, no air!
Location, location,location
Was a superb location for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping but the hotel is very old and looks like the money is not going into refurbishment. Bathroom shower is so small you can hardly fit. No shelf for shampoo and soap - only the floor. Our a/c did not work and some rooms didn't have any light/window. The breakfast was fresh daily - modest but good value. Best thing about hotel was its proximity to everything!

An honest, clean close to everything hotel
Location, Staff, Decoration
The Hotel Tiziano grew on us.. Initially we thought the room basic and small and the facilities simple but after we got used to it, I couldn't help but feel it ticked all the boxes and was indeed good value for money. We would go back.

Good location shame about the condition of hotel
The hotel suited my needs for a couple of days before departing Rome for home, the staff were helpful but the room was not as clean as it should and the breakfast was very poor.

LOvely hotel with a classic atmosphere
Good atmosphere
located on one of the main roads (corso vittorio emanuele ii), the hotel is easily accessible from roma termini, using the infamous bus 64 (always packed with tourists since this bus terminates at termini and vatican; packed with tourists = pickpockets' paradise). very near to piazza novona, probably the one of the most touristy spots in rome. overall it's in the centre of rome, which is very convenient since rome is best (in my opinion) to be explored by walking around. the room and the overall hotel atmosphere is very classic, which suits the city. staff are nice and helpful, but breakfast is a bit of a let down. not that it's bad, but the options are too limited for a hotel of this quality. good cappuccino, though.

Great Location needs renovation
Excellent location within walking distance from main attractions
The hotel is on the main road going through the city center. We had a room to the back so it was not noisy. Parking is available but in a garage quite a walk away. The whole hotel is old and run down and definitely not worth four stars. The location made up for the shortcomings in terms of comfort. Most major attractions are withing walking distance. Overall OK.

Great Location
Helpful staff
Close to the centro storico and all the major tourist sites. The hotel is quite dated and a bit worse for wear. Staff however are very helpful and friendly. If your in need of reasonable accommodation for a short stay with close walking access to most of the major sites this is the hotel for you.

Hotel Tiziano in the heart of Rome
Location, friendly reception staff, good breakfast
Had to pay for internet connection. View from the room was an internal courtyard with all the piping and airconditions.
My son, daughter and I spent 3 nights at the Tiziano Hotel,Rome at the end of June. The location is perfect for sightseeing as lots of the tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. Just a couple of minutes walk to Piazza Navonna and the Red and Blue line HOP ON HOP off bus stops just moments away on the same street. The hotel was a former Palazzzo with many original features still visible. It has a cosy atmosphere. The reception staff were very friendly and happy to help us with directions/ maps/internet connection and organizing early morning transfer to the ariport.Breakfast was very satisfactory. The bedroom was large with a double bed and two singles so ideal for a family. The bathroom was very small but very clean with plenty of nice towels. We were very satisfied with our stay.
