Good location plus comforable room.”
My stays at tokyu group hotels were always pleasant , not to mention Hakata tokyu rei. Good location(very near JR Hakata station) , comfortable bed . Hakata Tokyu Rei is very thoughtful as well: they offer free coffee at the lobby . It is always nice to have a warm coffee during winter ; if you forgot your mobile charger cable , don't worry ..You can find a multi-purpose cellphone charger cable attached to the power socket . Japan hotel room is well known to be small , however my room's size is pretty good to accomodate 2 big lugguges without much space constraint.

Great, quiet hotel in a convenient location”
We really enjoyed our stay at Hakata Tokyu REI Hotel! It was a small business-y hotel, which meant that it was quiet and away from large families with lots of children. It was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. It is located near JR Hakata City and to Hakata Station. It was a little difficult to find it at first because the hotel signs are blocked by a commercial building, but after a day or so, it was easy to identify. If you are planning to drive in Japan, there are two car parks across the road as well. The staff very nicely pointed them out to us and they were cheaper than parking at the hotel, so they're definitely very helpful! The rooms were clean and tidy but room service/daily clean could be better. It is an eco-friendly hotel, so they kept some single use items after cleaning. Overall, no big problems. Would definitely stay here again!

An Excellent Hotel In Hakata (Fukuoka)”
Reviews made us decide to choose this hotel, and both my wife and I never regretted it Truly it's a gem in the city. First of all, it is near the Hakata subway station, probably less than 300m walk from the hotel. Secondly, the hotel, though really tiny (but it's usual in Japan's standard), the room packs all the necessary items you could ask for - except that there is no safe deposit box in the room (which the management could improve on this in future). Thirdly, the shower pressure is the best I've ever tried throughout my hotel stay in life - I like high pressure shower, and this one is almost like the water jet which we use to wash our cars! LOL! The room make up is fast and swift daily, and the breakfast (included in my hotel room charges) is simple yet delicious! Fourthly, the hotel staff are excellent and friendly and prompt. I tried calling once at 3am for a faulty internet wifi connection, and to my surprise, the reception staff picked up my call after one ringtone! Too efficient to believe...at that wee hour! Thumbs up. Wifi is ok most of the time, with occasional hiccups; but the staff were quick to reset the modem, and it's back in action in less than 10 minutes. Finally, the best of all, is the free laser printer service at the lobby which came in handy when I needed to print my e-tickets. No charges at all. That's a nice touch. And of course, not forgetting that 3pm-12mn free flow cappucino and latte for in-house guests at the lobby cafeteria. Even with take away cups if you wish to have a cuppa back in your room or on the move. Fantastic. All in all, I must say, this is an excellent hotel in Fukuoka (Hakata area), and if I ever visit Fukuoka again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Kiss my Fukuoka!”
Took a short trip to Fukuoka for 2 days and 2 nights. Was looking for something reasonable with easy access to transportation. Tokyu Rei was perfect, next to Hakata station. Easy to connect from airport, transfer to other rail lines, even made it for 1 day trip out to Ureshino-Onsen. Breakfast was decent, especially enjoyed the bread spread with Yuzu-Pepper. Very comfortable bed and showering facilities. Will definitely stay here again for another power pact 2 days. Kiss my Fukuoka!

Nice People and excellent environment”
It is a very nice hotel which location very close to Hakata JR station and also only 10 to 15 minutes travelling time to and from Airport. The room is clean and boardbrand internet is fast, particularly the washroom is big compare to other business inn hotel in Japan. If I go Fukuoka next time, I will consider to stay Hotel Tokyu Bizfort Hakata again.

Good location! Easy to move around from here.”
Hakata Tokyu REI hotel is situated in a very good location. 5 mins walk from Hakata station. Easy to move around from here as bus terminal and train station are within reach. Hotel is near to big shopping complex and there are many good food around the area. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. The hotel is also near to the airport; two train stations away or 11-13 mins by taxi.

Efficient, clean, comfortable”
There are already many positive reviews, so I'll just summarize the highlights: - neat rooms with more space than you'd expect in a Hotel in Japan - great bathroom and shower - if I could, I'd have my own bathroom set up like it. Stock full of items as well (gels, shampoo, razor, shaving cream, toothbrush...) - small but tasty breakfast buffet - not necessarily worth an extra $10 or more, but good fresh ingredients, unlimited coffee and juices... got the job done - short walk to Hakata station, problem free connection to airport - efficient check-in, courteous & efficient staff with decent enough English - a bit away from the major shopping areas, but nothing that can't be done by a decent walk (30 min) - good bus connections to all important areas of the city I'd definitely consider them for my next stay. It should be mentioned that the hotel opposite offers rates half of the Agoda special rates, looks a bit older but probably in the same class. So if you're looking for a budget place to stay (less than $50) you might be better off just crossing the street (as a smoker you will anyway, because this hotel does not have outside ashtrays and Fukuoka is a smoking-restricted city).

Great location and well equipped rooms”
The stay at Tokyu REI was satisfactory. It was located very closely to the Hakata Station which is very convenient. The room was slightly more spacious than those is Tokyo and Osaka with a modern design. Room was equipped with almost everything you need, even chargers for both Apple and Micro USB products. There're convenient stores in the block too. Staff was friendly but the check-in/check-out machines seems a bit redundant. Anyway it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect accomodation”
We enjoyed staying at Hakata Tokyu REI Hotel. It was qiuet, very comfortable and near the station. They care about nature by not washing towls and bathroom every day, if guests cooperate.

Chic & Comfortable Hotel”
It's absolutely great, my family enjoyed the stay in this hotel, and most enjoyed the shower facility. it's a new, modern designed and clean hotel. Staff are friendly, we did not dine there, so cannot comment on the food and dining. It located near to HAKATA eki (JR station), there's also a convenient store just next to the hotel, I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends if they will travel to FUKUOKA Japan. Btw, this is the 3rd hotel I have been stayed in HAKATA, and I found this is the greatest one! Good for value.

New hotel and nice interior design, good location”
The location is a bit tricky from Hakata Station. I crossed the wrongt side of the street at the first time. From Hakata station, you have to head to the exit to the bus terminal. Then from the door, get up with escalator and use that skywalk to the opposite side of the street. Or you can walk throught Tokyu Hand and walk out to skywalk at the second floor. I reserved twin bedroom and stayed for one night and two nights, the first room I stayed was in very good shape, the second room has too many scratch/marks on the wall. The interior is magnificent. They have things look like ATM and you can self-checked in/out on that machine. The room is big. I love the blind that you can adjust the light but still has privacy. The bathroom is good too. There are three type of showers in the room, rain shower, hand shower, and the shower for back massaging.

My favourite hotel in Hakata”
If I can, I always stay at the REI near Hakata Station. By now I know that there are more convenient locations to stay (especially if you go shopping in Tenjin or plan to see the palaces, parks etc.), but this fine budget hotel combines so many positive factors that I keep returning: Convenient location for the train station and bus terminal. extremely good value for money off-weekends, a decent breakfast buffet, modern, clean, fairly spacious rooms with great showers, and as of recently, English speaking staff. I'll recommend this one to anybody who's looking for small budget type hotels. I've been to bigger and better places, but these rarely offer their romms at this excellent rate.

Very convenient location, clean and comfortable”
Best thing about the hotel is that it is very close to Hakata train station. There is a subway exit within 100 metres of the hotel, and the main train station & shopping complex is only 3 mins walk away. The hotel is very new and modern, a typical business hotel. There is a restaurant area on the ground floor and there is self-service tea and coffee for guests, and wifi internet also. The staff are polite and speak English. The room is small by western standards, but is very clean and comfortable, and has good wi-fi internet. The only thing I would find fault with is the lack of English TV channels, not even CNN, which is pretty standard in most hotels I have stayed in. That said, I would stay here again if I visit Fukuoka.

Good location and reasonable rate”
Close to JR Hakata/Subway, bus terminal and Hakata City. Many underground shops and restaurants which is connected to subway and Hakata City. Around ¥1,600 from airport to hotel by taxi. ¥260 per adult from Hakata Bus Terminal to airport. Can enjoy late check-out (12pm) if register as Tokyo Rei member online in advance

A hotel perfect for both business & leisure”
We enjoyed the stay at the hotel very much! The room (especially the bathroom) is spacious above standards in Japan. The jacuzzi-like jet in the shower room is such a nice amenity to have. The hotel is also conveniently located near JR Hakata city. It's a great hotel that I'd recommend to anyone visiting Fukuoka.

Modern hotel in a central location”
I made a review for the twin room, but I also got a single room. If you need to get work done, the single room has a much larger desk space compared to the twin room. There is really fast wireless (and LAN) internet available in the room. Wi-fi is also available in the lobby. The hotel is very modern, clean, and well-designed. The bathroom is quite spacious, and you won't really miss not having a bath - the 3-type shower is amazing. Breakfast could be much better, since it had quite a limited selection. (The croissants were great.) You can get to almost anywhere from Hakata station, a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff is very attentive, and would really try to communicate with you in English. Try to learn a little Japanese to make your stay much easier :)

Great Hotel with excellent location”
I would definitely stay in Tokyu Bizfort next time. The room is not big but very comfortable, the bathroom is really clean and nicely designed. The 100yen Self-service laundry is great. The location is excellent, less than 5 mins walk from Hakata Station.
