Great Hotel for Sight Seeing”
This hotel is a great hotel for sightseeing. Not only is it within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, but it is just across the street from a Metro station serving the very useful lines 6, 8, and 10. Furthermore, the friendly staff will give you information on how to get around town should you need it (but it is very easy). The rooms are adequate in size and very clean. The breakfast is good with options for what people like to eat. Finally, the staff has thought of little things to make your stay better such as complimentary coffee, water, and wifi so you can relax and plan your outings in the comfort of your hotel room.

A treasure in the middle of Paris!”
The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station that is accessible to not one, but three metro lines! It made travelling to and from the hotel very convenient. Also, there is a supermarket across the street and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is smallish but clean and newly-renovated. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety but the food, especially the croissants, was great! All in all, we had a great experience and we would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Great service and location”
This place was just what we envisioned for a Paris hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean room, metro a stones throw away, and a wonderful terrace to sit and watch locals roll by. The Japanese toilet was a pleasure and this was the only European hotel we visited that had full shower doors and no impossible tub to vault out of. Could not have been happier.

We are a group of four (no young child) and the room was just nice for us, breakfast was simple but I really love the croissant, the hotel front door will be locked after certain timing in the evening to ensure the safety which was good too. Metro is just right in front of the hotel, good restaurants nearby, supermarket, mcdonald’s and pharmacies are just right at the corner, shopping street just right opposite, it’s really very convenient. Totally worth to stay.

Very good Hotel near Eiffel Tower”
Very good location The first staff who welcomed us wasn’t very good. But we let it off and enjoyed our stay. We stayed in family room that is new and they haven’t put the room number outside. I had to find it myself with all our big luggages and my two small boys. Other than that it’s a fantastic stay I love the bathroom where we stayed in it was clean and brand new and had washlet. Everything is clean. Only thing we think they could improve is refill the consumables if they were consumed. We stayed 3 nights but not gotten water bottles, coffee and soap cotton all these that should be refilled daily if consumed.

Really nice hotel , located closed to the Eiffel tower , really nice area with a lot of cafés, bistrot, supermarket juste outside the hotel . Really nice & comfortable room . We only stay for one night but we definitely come back .

Excellent Hotel”
From front desk to cleaning staff everyone is excellent and helpful. I travelled with my friends and we both have some issues with flights, accident purchases and questions about Paris. We both only speaks English so we need help with reading or making phone calls and these people really put their heart and work into helping us figuring things out. I’m thankful for the service and help they provided which make my trip stress free. Highly recommended to everyone!

The stay went just fine. The rooms are not large but the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Eiffel Tower and there is a restaurants and coffe shops near. Public transport is very close to the hotel. Half a minute walk.

Trip to Paris”
I would totally recommend this Hotel to anyone. Great location, great staff, great breakfast, great neighborhood., doorstep from one of the metro The property is clean . Rooms are little small but honestly that is a norm in entire Europe.. Yes you can walk up to Eiffel Tower security line in 15 mins. I personally would stay here again .

Cramped but Comfy”
The staff at Hotel Tourisme Avenue really made our stay! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and hospitable that we were almost sad to move on to our next destination. The rooms were tight, but very clean and organized. We definitely would've required a bit more space if we had stayed longer. The included breakfast was very satisfying, and we had a great time exploring the neighborhood. All in all, a great stay!
