What you see in the photos is exactly what you get! All the staffs speak decent english and were very helpful all the time, in fact they even go beyond their duties at certain times, like helping us with the heavy luggages and making sure we have umbrellas with us because the weather was bad. The hotel is literally next to the BTS. There is also a cafe right next to it, their croissants are delicious! Room is spacious enough even with two 24" luggages. No issue with cleanliness at all. It took us awhile to figure out how to drain the water from the sink, you just simply have to push one side of the "circle" and it will turn over allowing the water to go. Just like flipping a coin. Breakfast choices (american style or porridge) were good enough if you're not too picky! The portion was just nice. We lived at the 7th floor (highest) and havent been disturbed by any bts train sounds. The walls are thin though and you could hear people pass by outside or if your neighbours are particularly noisy. But it wasnt a huge concern during our stay as the noise didnt linger for long, it was manageable. There is a mall nearby called "CP Tower 3" and there are lots of food and 7-11 there. The 7-11 is open 24hrs, across the hotel. There is also a vending machine outside the hotel in case you want any snacks! As a non-smoker, I really love that this is a non-smoking hotel. One of the top reason why I booked here. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you to Hotel Tranz team for the lovely stay! Keep up the good work! P.S. something to improve on: it would be nice to have a floor mat outside the shower area :)

Best place to stay in Bangkok”
The hotel is simply 10 steps away from the Phaya Thai BTS/ARL station from Exit 5. This makes the hotel an ideal place to stay as you can easily get to the airport and also around the city since Phaya Thai station has both BTS and ARL line in it. The rooms were clean, the staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is also near Let’s Relax spa if you want a nice Thai massage after a tiring day. They also offer breakfast for 250baht and is packed delivered to your room. If I stay in Bangkok I would definitely stay at Hotel Tranz again. Super recommended.

Definitely recommended for the following: 1-Location is 10/10 - You get there directly with the Airport Link from suvarnabhumi airport, the hotel is right at the exit of the Phaya Thai station. - Phaya Thai is also a BTS station, you can get easily to everywhere with BTS (just 2 stop to Siam) - Coffee Factory (they do amazing coffee) is just next to the Hotel - Let’s relax (massage center) is next to the Hotel ( recommend foot massage) Basically you got everything you need and you can reach everywhere from here As There’s always traffic jam in Bangkok, in rush hours the BTS is highly recommended. 2- Rooms Rooms are quite spacious, well cleaned. Fast wifi. 3- Staff kindness The Staff at the reception are very kind and available. I ordered take away once and got the food without bowls, so I asked to the reception and they got me the bowl. Reasonably priced with good access to transport”
The highlight is that it is smack next door to train station and to the best coffee shop in Bangkok. Also walking distance to Platinum, our favorite shopping mecca. Room is spacious and clean, housekeeping is always on point. For the price it is superb

Nice staffs, clean and very convenient”
It's located right under Phraya Thai Station so when you arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport, just go to Airport Rail Link, pay about 44 baht, hop on the train then wait about 26 minutes to arrive. The staff is very friendly, check-in and check out very quickly. The hotel is clean and they make up room daily. We stay for 10 days, at first everything is good and clean but in the 2 last days, they forgot a few pieces of stuff like their cleaning towel and change the pillow sheet. The soundproof inside the hotel is not so good, that you still can hear people outside the door, also outside can hear inside places that nearby the door too. It's nearby the station but you don't really hear any sound from BTS, mostly only hear the train from the railway on the road next to the hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, you can go anywhere just by going to the station. You can go to Siam by BTS Sukhumvit Line, 2 stops, the direction is to Kheha. Some place on Sukhumvit Line you can visit is Mo Chit - Chatuchak Weekend Market, SIAM Area at Siam, Chit Lom - Big C or CentralWorld, Asok - Terminal 21) From Siam Station, you can switch to BTS Silom Line for places like ICONSIAM, Grand Palace, Wat Arun... by arriving at Sapan Taksin Station - Exit 2 to the pier. ICONSIAM boat at no fee, other like Grand Palace (500baht entry fee) Wat Pho (200 or 300 I don't rmb), Wat Arun (100baht). You can just buy the boat ticket inside the pier, don't go with any service outside, just walk in the pier on the left, you will see 2 booths of boat service. Price of a few places that we use Tuktuk instead of BTS is Chinatown (200b), Mega Plaza (250b), Jodd Fairs Night Market (160b). Overall, I booked this hotel with a deal, that's why it's kind of affordable for me, but if with the original price, I think it's still acceptable for their service and location.

The hotel is conveniently located in front of the Phaya Thai train station, which is about 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport via the direct Airport Link CITY LINE, making it very convenient for late afternoon arrivals at the airport. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, and the value for money is very good.

Best hotel in Bangkok in terms of location”
The hotel's number one advantage is its location. It's literally in front of the exit of BTS Phaya Thai station. If you come from Suvarnabhumi airport, this means you don't have to drag your luggage along the streets to find your hotel. Hop down from the airport link train and the hotel is right in front of you. Room's a bit small and the furniture's a bit barebones, just a table and a single chair. We needed to get creative about where to put our stuffs. But everything's clean. Toilet has a bidet spray which is a major plus for anyone coming from a country that usually has one in their toilets. We didn't book any breakfast but it's not a problem because just across the street there's a food court that opens in the morning, serving breakfast for locals. Convenience store and food stalls are also available inside the BTS station.

Fantastic location and awesome room”
We were a mother daughter duo and we were greeted with an awesome room that was spacious enough for both of us to have our own space. The room was clean and new, bed was comfy, water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Also the location is amazing. We took the airport rail link to the hotel and it took about half an hour only! Super cheap option too. It’s also connected to the BTS and walkable distance to platinum mall. The staff were accommodating, helpful and friendly. I loved this hotel so much, I’m going to stay here again when I come back to Bangkok later this month!

The best location ”
I would give a 6 stars for its location if there were such rating. If you are going to the city centre from the airport, it is the best choice, as it takes less than 30 minutes to ride the airport train to the last station, where this hotel is located. Besides the airport train, you can take the BTS right next to it. It doesn't have grand facilities but it is not important to me. Their staff are nice, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is not bad.

This is my first time staying in this hotel and I did not expect the room is spacious. My room was facing the train and though it will be noisy. It was a quite hotel. Thank you for the staff who carry our 2 luggages from hotel to train platforms.

Exceptional”
Chose Hotel Tranz because of its location. It’s right at the corner of the airport link/BTS Phaya Thai transfer station providing easy access to many amazing places around the city. A small hotel but looks like one of the newest buildings around the block. Customer service was top-notch. The front desk crew members were always friendly and polite, and genuinely helpful in attending to all our needs. Our room was quite neat, thanks to those room attendants who were exceptional in maintaining cleanliness and organizing our room every day. The only small concern, perhaps for others, was the sound of the train could be heard from the room due to its proximity though didn’t bother us. An additional benefit, the 7-11 convenience store was right across the street, and there were food stalls for quick bites and foreign currency shops at the transfer terminal for needed Bahts. Enjoyed our stay and will book again next time we visit Bangkok!

Epitome of convenience when traveling by Airport Rail Link”
Located most conveniently at the start/end of the Airport Rail Link train line, this hotel is the best choice for those who wish to be in the city and yet travel easily to and from the Airport. The rooms are okay, with enough amenities to be comfortable. The front desk was very informative. Slightly expensive for its category but the convenience and location justify the price. Overall recommended for travelers looking for convenience in using the airport rail link, especially those with heavy or large suitcases, who, would be inconvenient, if they were to change trains often.

Good location just infront of BTS & airport rail link phaya Thai. Opposite the street there is 7-11. 1 stop away from Siam. Beside the hotel there is a popular chain massage spa shop. Will confirm stay here again!

Best Hotel and Value for Money”
One of the best hotel in Bangkok. Value for money and convenient. Just right beside of the BTS and Airport Rail Line of Phaya Thai. Only cons is not much of food or cafes nearby but definitely a place to stay if you are aiming for convenience.

It’s been my 3rd time staying with this hotel. Love it. Super near to train station that can link to many many attractions and airport railway. 7-11 is walking distance at the opposite streets. Will definitely stay here again the next time when I come back.
