Short Stay but with fun in Pohkara”
Transport: There are free shuttle service to and from airport. It takes within 20 minutes car drive. Environment: The hotel located near dining and shopping area. The outlook of hotel is great but spoiled a little bit by a construction area nearby. The lobby are spacious with traditonal nepalian decoration. Rooms: The rooms are decorated in countryside color with yellow and green color. There are plenty of windows that sunlight can easily get into the room. There is a little balacony that you can see the Phewa lake of Pohkara. The Bathroom is generally clean with enough hot water supply. The overall feeling is clean, tidy and freshness~ Foods: Breakfast are included in room prices. Food like Cereal/museli with eggs, bread etc. They are taste good. Staffs: All hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel owner is talkative and give many suggestion in Pohkara sightseeing. To conclude: We all love that hotel and enjoy the passion of Nepal people. Thanks
Smiles and Service”
I would like to highly recommend the Trekkers Inn Pokhara. I had one of their drivers take me from Kathmandu to Pokhara. He was very safe, the car was new and had seatbelts. One of the owners of the Trekkers Inn, who spends most of his time in Kathmandu, personally met me while I was in Kathmandu. I was very impressed with this. He physically came to a random hotel I was at while in Kathmandu. He informed me of the details regarding their taxi service and was also quite interested in my stay in Nepal. Taking his time to meet me in person was a nice gesture. The location of the hotel is great. Very close to the lake plus it’s not directly on the main street, therefore not feeling as busy. Also excellent mountain and lake views from the top balcony. I appreciated the well-kept yard surrounding the hotel. A nice fountain as well as pretty plants and flowers decorate the area. My room at the hotel was big, with a tv, nice bed, large windows, private bathroom with shower, tub and hot water, a phone, refrigerator, small desk and closet. Breakfast was included and was tasty. The staff were great and attentive. Especially Sudarshan, Ram, Shova, Monica and Jibon. They were all very helpful and friendly. Sudarshan is a clown!!!! He will make you laugh. While Shova is an absolute sweetheart with a great big friendly smile :-) You will be missed Shova. Overall, the mixture of humor and great customer service makes for an excellent stay in Nepal. Dhanyabad (Thank you) Trekkers Inn.

An absolute pleasure to stay at.”
Out of all the hotels we've stayed at over our 6 weeks across India and Nepal, Trekkers Inn stands way ahead of the pack. The location is sublime, right in the edge of Phewa Lake with stunning mountain views. The staff were accommodating, attentive and really friendly. They even sorted out our 5 day trekking trip with a trusted guide for a competitive price, which I can highly recommend. The room was large and clean, and worth much more than we were charged. (Though it was off season, to be fair). All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.
Spacious windows and great views”
The manager, Khem, speaks very good English and gave personal attention to planning and arranging my local adventures. My room was bright and well-designed with expansive windows and great views. The hotel is well located by Lake Phewa and near all the shops and restaurants in the small tourist section of Pokhara.
Very enjoyable week at this hotel,”
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We have travelled extensively in South Asia during the last 15+ years and this is one of the best of the mid-range hotels that we have stayed in. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean with excellent views of the mountains and Phewa lake and the staff were really friendly, helpful and eager to please. The only downside is that the hotel does not have a lift and our room was on the 4th floor but this was not a problem for us but could be for some.
A wonderful stay”
We had a fantastic time in Pokhara at Hotel Trekkers Inn during the week between Christmas and New Year's 2013. Service was very good, with management coming through on all our requests, and even offering to help us with a return flight back to KTM. They have a lot to offer in terms of adventure and advice, but aren't pushy about it at all. We were complimentarily upgraded the first night of our stay to a room with a view of both the lake and the mountains-- fabulous! and the rest of the time, got a "hot" tip from one of the staff-- that one room in particular was much sunnier than another, and therefore quite warm, naturally. We went for the suggestion, even though it was one floor lower than what we would have had, and it was totally worth it. We were toasty warm the entire time, day or night, which was a welcome relief after our cold cold house in KTM. When needed, we requested an extra blanket for padding the mattress a bit more (it was F-I-R-M) and it was quickly provided. Otherwise, everything was comfortably cozy, and we really enjoyed our time. Other travelers at the time could be a bit inconsiderate by slamming their doors, or talking loudly in the hallway early in the morning, but that's not the Hotel's fault. It would be the luck-of-the-draw for who else might be hanging around. In their defense (?) we were there over New Year's Eve, so perhaps they didn't have all their mental faculties intact when they did that...??? The street festival was really fun the days leading up to New Years, and we could see the NYE fireworks from our bedroom window. The hotel is located in a great spot close to town, but a little bit off the well-beaten path, such that it's a bit more tranquil than being in the big crush of things during that time. It was a nice retreat. Across the street is Babita Cafe, with good food for CHEAP. and two doors down is the AM/PM Cafe, our favorite spot, with great coffee, in-house-made cakes/desserts, & great sta
Fabulous staff and great location”
We spent 2 nights in Pokhara in this hotel. From the warm welcome until our departure everything was perfect. We came to solely relax in this lovely town - it was understood and respected and nobody was pushing activities or programs on us. Khem, the hotel manager greeted us upon arrival - it seemed like he's there 24/7 - and offered us an upgrade. He was extremely pleasant, intuitive and attentive. Furthermore, he appeared to be the same with all other guests. When we changed our mind about the ultralight flight, he took care of the reservation for us, even though it was a very short notice. He even threw in his name for an extra discount. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 30-second walk from the lake. The Tourist Bus station is also close - a 5-minute taxi ride. The hotel charges Rs200 for a shuttle. Taxi costs about Rs300 if you're not good at haggling. The room was modern, clean; equipped with a CLEAN fridge, water kettle, complimentary coffee and tea. WOULD BOOK IT AGAIN
Good luck!”
The location was great. It's close with the lake, so we can walk around the lake anytime. The room size was good to stay two of us and very bright because there were big windows in the room. The best things about 'Hotel Trekkers Inn' were the person in there. The manager Kem and all of staffs made Nepal was great place to me. I went there to see the mountain and lake in Pokhara, but I could meet a good friend in Pokhara.
Location and value for money.”
The location just nice beside the few lake. And few minutes walk to the walking street ( Fri & Sat ). Around Pokhara you can find so many foods and cafe around. We pick the hotel during off season, and they serve only continental breakfast. We start get bored after second day. It would be great if Nepalise breakfast been served. I will prefer you choose to take breakfast outside. My prefer Asian Tea House, they start business at 6:30am. You will definitely love Pokhara and the hotel. Here would be a great stop by before trekking.

A great oasis in Pokhara with fantastic staff”
this relatively new hotel was an accommodation highlight during my travels throughout nepal. the room was spacious, with most of the modcons and the bathroom was sparkling clean - hot water showers 24/7. the hotel has one of the best roof-tops in pokhara and is a perfect place to watch the sunset over the lake, or rise behind the alps. the best bit about this hotel was the staff. i made many friendships with the staff and extended my stay because i felt so at home.

Excellent choice in competitive hotel city”
I stayed in this hotel for three wonderful nights that started with extremely friendly greetings from a helpful staff. They gave me an upgrade because they were overbooked. I love when that happens. Two of the four walls in my room were large windows that looked out onto a glorious view of Pokhara and mountains. A very small balcony was available too that I didn't use. It seems that the bathroom I had must have been remodeled because everything was shiny new. The hotel has a small restaurant that is a bit pricey. But there are so so many wonderful cafes and restaurants in the area that availablity of good food at good prices won't be an issue. I highly recommend staying here. I can't wait to get back to Pokhara and this hotel.
Exceptional”
Very polite and friendly staff, lovely large rooms, one side facing the lake and the other the mountains. Nicely located right on the edge of the main town area, where there is literally everything you could need as a tourist and traveller. I stayed here in July 2019 and was immediately struck by being greeted by name when I arrived, with the same courtesy and attentiveness remaining throughout my stay. The staff are able to help with anything you would like to do while you are in Pokhara. I had the rather stressful experience of losing my ATM card while I was out one day and had no access to cash for a while, but Ganga and the staff took a genuine interest and concern and apart from helping me sort out the problem (which was eventually done with Western Union transfers), assured me that I would be looked after in the meantime. I found this particularly kind and it was not something I had experienced in other travels. Looking forward to gong back and seeing more of the mountains!
Great location and great room”
This is the best hotel we stay in Nepal. People are friendly and kind. Hotel is in the lakeside and peaceful. The bed and bathroom is very new, large and comfortable. Guest can live near lake side or mountain side room. Both of them are fantastic. Breakfast is delicious. Next time we travel Pokhara, we will choose the hotel again.

beautiful hotel with beautiful staff”
hotel trekkers inn is a beautiful modern hotel with a great location on the good side of the phewa lake. staff greet you with a big honest smile and are genuine and beautiful people
Great service and friendly staff”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Trekkers Inn. My room was large, clean and comfortable, with internet access, cable TV and view of the mountains. I particularly enjoyed the fact that I could have a hot shower at any time of the day (the hot water never ran out, unlike my experience at some other hotels on my trip). But the highlight of my stay was the excellent, attentive service, and friendly staff. They all go out of their way to make your stay as carefree as possible, including by arranging transport, trekking or whatever else you need. On their recommendation, I did a 2-day trek to Panchase, which was the highlight of my stay in Nepal. The guide (Rajul), recommended by the manager (Khem), was excellent and I will be recommending this Trek (and guide, and, of course, hotel) to others wanting to do a short trek around Pokhara.
Mountain Views with an Excellent Manager”
we stayed 2 nights and found the hotel to be very clean, well positioned - quiet, yet a very short walk to the lake and the lakeside shops and restaurants - and the decor colourful. bicky, the manager, was extremely helpful. he gave us lots of options for our short trek (instead of just trying to sell us whatever was most expensive) and even called our guide's mobile to check how we were going. he made sure we got the most out of our time in the pokhara-annapurna region. although we didn't love the breakfast the hotel is right next to the am/pm organic cafe which served great pastries. we definitely recommend this hotel - it made our stay in pokhara and nepal one to remember.
