It’s Worth It”
We had a great stay here in hotel trusty. Make sure you won’t confuse it with another hotel trusty since there are two same names but quite walking distance apart. The food was good (feee breakfast) plus staffs were polite and nice as always. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

We stayed in corner twin room and the room size is fairly large as in Japan. It is suitable for a family with kids. We stayed 1 night as it was close to the Science Museum. Car park got full easily but the staff would lead you to the nearest public car park.

It’s a bigger room compared to the other Japanese rooms I’ve been in. And the comfort room/shower room was much more spacious. The staff was nice.

Nice hotel”
Older hotel, but room was clean, and staff was friendly. Room was warm, but windows open for airflow. The hotel is only a two blocks from a subway entrance, but seemed to be tricky to find. It doesn't have a prominent sign out front. Not sure why, but we had trouble every night finding our way back. Watch your booking, there are several Hotel Trusty's in the area.

Room was not worth for the money we paid.”
We booked a corner room so we could have a much bigger room but to our disappointment, they gave us a room @ the 4F near the elevator, although we also requested a higher floor. Then, for 3 nights we cannot sleep well because we cannot use the aircon because according to them, no aircon during winter season but the weather was not cold anymore. They should feel it by themselves because if it was cold, then why will we insisted to have the aircon open. For 3 days, we just open the window so we get the air from outside but its not safe considering the insects might enter our room but we didn't have choice during our stay in this hotel. The next night, they called-up and told us that the request to open the Ac was granted. My gosh! we paid for an air conditioning room for 5 days and 4 nights but we were able to use it for 2 nights only. We felt we were not able to get the satisfaction we paid for our room and its unfair for the guests, like us.

There's no aircon ”
We are okay with how the hotel looks like considering the cheap rate but it's really hot inside the room. We booked 3 rooms, one for me and my husband, one for our kids and my sister (17, 7 and 6) and one for our parents. After our first night we were all complaining about the aircon. According to the staff the aircon is just relying on the temperature outside the hotel. How is that even possible? They were offering us an electricfan instead, I told them if they would charge an extra for that but unfortunately the staff can't understand english well. Glad we only booked this hotel for 2 nights. Also, the bathroom looks very old it's quiet creepy inside. Though if the rooms are well ventilated and cold, maybe we wouldn't start seeing fault in this place.

A value for money four-star hotel”
This hotel is very worth the price we paid for. We did not expect the hotel to have four-star amenities to begin with so were actually very surprised with the amenities. The room is big and the bed is very comfy and the comfort room is also very spacious and comes with a jacuzzi which in which I like very much to take a hot soak after a long tiring day roaming around Nagoya. The hotel is centrally located and a mere 3-minute walk from Fushimi Metro station and very near the Nagoya Science and Art Museum. There is a Lawson convenience store nearby and ample restaurants around the area. The area is very clean and quiet at night. The staff is also very cordial and attentive to our needs. Overall, I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends when they go to Nagoya.

Great value, very pleasant”
We had a very pleasant five night stay at the hotel. Our room was small, but comfortable and quiet, and had a small desk bedside table, closet and well equipped bathroom. The view from our room through a small window was underwhelming (onto a parking lot), but no a problem. There was a good curtain to block the early morning summer sunshine. The only thing we missed was a place to put out suitcases and/or clothing, which we had to leave on the floor in the space around the bed. We found it a little odd that the cleaning ladies lined the hallways with stacks of sheets and towels in the middle of the day when attending to rooms, but they did a nice job with our room (and left clean linens and replacement supplies in a bag outside our door when we left the do-not-disturb sign out!). Breakfast was a fixed four-choice menu with a "Western" option and three Asian options. We thought there could have been more variation from day to day, but the food was good. We would happily stay at Hotel Trusty again.

Surprisingly good...”
Took me awhile to navigate to the hotel, but once I found it, I was greeted with a modern Christmasy entrance! Lovely welcome. I walked to Sakae area for lunch, and was able to walk to Nagoya Castle as I wanted to digest my food. About 40min total walk, for those who don't mind walking! Took a train to Osu Shopping district and chomp on lots of karaage!!! Although I book a small room with double bed, the room was not as small as I expected! What a cosy room! I wished I had breakfast at the hotel lobby because the whole Christmasy atmosphere could be felt at the lobby....such a pity, would have been nice to sip my tea or coffee there! Will consider staying there again!

Pleasant stay in Nagoya”
This hotel is ideally sited in the center of Nagoya with a numbr of restaurants with in easy reach. The circular tour bus stop was in easy reach just a couple of streets over. We had a breakfast included in the deal which we had to preselect the evening before. There was Japanese and 'European' breakfasts on offer though the 'European' breakfast had an interesting selection of dishes it was well presented and a good start to the day. We visited in early November and didn't need to worry too much about the temperature in the rooms but I did notice that our rooms airconditioning only seemed to run hot and there were mobile aircon units in both our room and the lobby so wonder about the health of the hotel aircon system if you stayed over the summer. However the hotel met our expectations and we had a very pleasnt stay.

My 1 day stay at Hotel Trusty was very comfortable. The staff was very supportive. located in Sakae gives lot of options for roaming around till late hours.
