I used it for a live concert at the Kyocera Dome. It's close to the subway exit, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants around, making it convenient to walk to shopping streets and Dotonbori. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was shown to my room right away, which was very nice! The room had disposable slippers, pajamas in the lobby, and plenty of amenities. The only complaint was that there was a lingering smell in the fridge in the room, but it was comfortable enough that I would want to use it again when I go to Osaka in the future!

This is my favorite hotel after visiting Osaka more than ten times. Whenever my friends say they are going to Osaka, I recommend this place. The location is just a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori, and the Daimaru department store, Parco, Gucci, and Dior are all just 3 minutes away. The subway station is a 5-minute walk. It's safe for solo female travelers, and the security is good. There's a Family Mart convenience store just 1 minute away from the hotel. A specialized Namabiru shop is also 1 minute away next to the hotel. Mos Burger is just across the street, 1 minute away. Whatever you want to do, everything is really close, making this hotel unbeatable. It may be noisy around Dotonbori late at night and early in the morning, but this hotel is quiet, soundproof, and the beds are comfortable. All amenities are provided on the first floor, including a microwave, washing machine, and coffee machine. There’s also an electric transformer charger in the room, which is thoughtful. During my recent trip to Osaka, it rained a lot, but the hotel prepared umbrellas and displayed a great sense by offering to roll them up and have them ready on the first floor. The maids and all the hotel staff always treated me with smiles, and I was so grateful that I bought them each a coffee. Being in the center of Shinsaibashi, it's the best place for shopping, going to Dotonbori, and dining at department stores. I will definitely stay here again whenever I go.

“I'm satisfied.”
The deluxe room has just a bed and a shelf like a dressing table. There's enough space for one suitcase. It's generally small, but it wasn't bad for just me and my daughter. There's a water purifier in the hallway. The coffee maker in the room was brand new. I'm not sure if there are other rooms, but it's nice that there’s a charger for 110 volts. The window opens about 5 centimeters and has decent ventilation. The temperature control is via a heater on the ceiling. The bathroom is clean, no unpleasant smells. I scrubbed the bathtub carefully to use it, and there wasn't a single stain. The water pressure is excellent. The security isn't too bad either. I had a late check-out, which was 1,100 yen per hour. You can stay until 1 PM at the latest, and I think it was until 10 PM for longer stays. Luggage storage is available for free, and the staff are friendly. However, it's a 10-15 minute walk from Namba, which was difficult on days when my legs hurt. Still, I was satisfied with my first overseas trip with my daughter~ It's part of the Marriott chain, but if you go in thinking that, you might be disappointed; however, if you think of it as a business hotel, it's fine. There's a washing machine on the first floor, along with an ice water dispenser and vending machines, a smoking room, and a bathroom... I didn't have breakfast, so I don't know about that. Still, I'm satisfied!
