Lovely old building kept in good condition- great restaurant downstairs ”
arrived in Vigan after long drive through cordillera where roads bad following heavy rail pre Christmas- bridges washed away and landslides still in place! around 4pm. Drove round to look at what was on offer and chose this hotel as cleanest and best maintained near to historic centre. Went to receptionist (upstairs from courtyard) and asked rate (much more than Agoda online price so booked on Agoda and it took 2 minutes for this to come through) lovely comfy room with greyA/C, good bathroom and comfy bed plus fridge and big tv. walked to old town and had a couple of beers before eating in restaurant- food was really good although it all arrived at once ! - not unusual in The Philippines! - nb very steep stairs to reception and no lift so unsuitable for old/infirm but thoroughly recommended apart from this

Excellent customer service”
From bookinh till we got in the hotel - the staff are very responsive to my queries. They also made my husband's birthday extra special by setting up a surprise cake (per their own initiative and idea) when I only asked them to make a simple greeting. They went above and beyond! The place is also clean and accessible. All staff are very helpful and friendly :) will definitely go back again in case I pass by Vigan in the future.

The hotel is just a hop away from Calle Crisologo. Very spacious room for 4 pax at a very affordable price! Includes yummy breakfast to boost your energy for the day. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The interior is so authentic. The hotel also caters to requests for tour guides that will assist you in your tour of historical and cultural sites. Tour guide is very much recommended to appreciate Vigan history and culture. Some museums and attractions were still closed due to restrictions. We will definitely come back for more and stay at this very beautiful hotel.

A nice place to stay”
It is indeed a good find here in Agoda. It is located in a prime location near Calle Crisologo and other spots to visit in Vigan. The room is nice and tidy. Equiped with the necessary stuffs you might need. It just lacks a mini fridge to cool your beverages. Air conditioning is very sufficient, though, in the room we got, it is pointed at an awkward spot, which is at the lower end of the bed and you can't adjust the level where it is pointed to. We got a room with breakfast included. The breakfast is a set meal. It probably depends on the number of guests if it is a buffet one or not. I'd say that all is above average since most of the day you will be outside and just stay there for the night to rest. Another thing to add is that they have a very limited parking slots available. The parking area inside can probably accommodate up to 5 cars only. They have a street parking that can fit up to 3 cars. All in all, it is a very comfortable stay.

Me and my family stayed at Hotel Veneto de Vigan from the 24th of the December 'til the 27th of December 2019. I really have nothing much to say, but, this hotel is one of a kind. I love the look of the hotel. It’s obviously an old house converted to a hotel. It has kept it’s theme with Vigan of an old house but with modern and clean facilities. The staff was also extra nice. They were wonderful. We left the hotel early so they packed breakfast for us which was a feast. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Very clean rooms, excellent staff. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I had in a hotel. Very close to a lot of great restaurants, stores, and sights. All within walking distance. I wish they had a pool, but considering all the highlights of this hotel, it's a minor gripe.

Great Stay with Family ”
Nice place and just one block away from Calle Crisologo. I booked family room for a group of 8. Since I travelled with 2 seniors its good that we were given a room at the ground floor accessible to restaurant and parking. We had dinner to celebrate my son’s bday. The food was great and reasonable. I like the ambience too. Just a minor concern on the smell coming from the toilet at the first floor where we are located.

underrated hotel that should be on everyone's radar. location is tops. it's a block away from calle crisologo and plaza burgos. the property is excellent, aesthetic-wise and comfort-wise. and with free breakfast buffet, it's certainly value for money. tried their resto's regular menu and everything's simply on point. the staff are friendly, polite, and accommodating. only downside is the mosquito issue in our room, and i'm guessing in other rooms as well. i saw one employee taking out an electric bug zapper from one of the rooms. must be a common complaint. address that and i'm giving a perfect score. all the same, will definitely book again.
