The hotel is not up-to-date with the organisation of online reservations. We had difficulties at the arrival time. Although staff were friendly, breakfast was limited and not fresh. The bathroom wasn't that clean at arrival. We arrived at the nighttime and it was very creepy in the driveway and the hotel itself. There is a clear atmosphere of long lost glory. At the end of our stay they asked for a tax even though according to our booking, we had already paid all the taxes and fees. They forced us to pay extra and couldn't explain exactly why.

Beautiful old villa with a large garden, good place if you have a car, very kind and helpful staff at the reception, rooms on the first floor are great, but not in the attic. Breakfast is not supplemented regularly, so there is occasionally a lack of food, although the girl in the dining room is almost leisure.

Romantic Villa”
The staff here are lovely and very helpful. The bar is warm and cosy but we preferred to drink outside in the evenings. The breakfast has plenty to choose from and there is always plenty of it! I would love to visit again!

The place is very nice ”
The place takes you back in time when aristocracy was ruling, the rooms look old at least the one in which I stayed and my friends as well, in my room the socket from the bathroom was broken so I couldn’t use it at all, the room smelled at old because wasn’t ventilated much, the so called double or matrimonial bed how they called is very uncomfortable do the fact is to single mattresses put together , but the staff was nice , and the surroundings is very very nice quiet and relaxing, but they regarding the rooms they need a little of renovation

What a good place! ”
Nous avons obtenu un prix particulièrement attrayant pour un cadre et un service de qualité. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir la Vénétie. Un regret : pour se rendre dans le cœur du bourg, il n'y a pas de trottoir et une piste cyclable seulement symbolique. Sinon, quel enchantement !

Un Bon hôtel ”
Nous avions réservé cet hôtel via Opodo, la chambre lit king size était très accessible niveau tarif. (300euros pour une semaine, petits déjeuners compris). L’hôtel dispose d'un grand parc magnifique ! L'entrée est très spacieuse très jolie ! Notre chambre, était correct. Nous n'allons pas dire Wahou, car beaucoup d'imperfections (manque une porte de douche, et pas du tout insonorisé : On entendait trop la chambre d'à côté, nous faisant acheter des boules kies). Mais soit, à 300euros la semaine dans un hôtel comme celui-ci, on ne s'attendait pas à être sur classé. Nous avons déjà vu d'autres chambres quand elles étaient ouvertes pour nettoyage, et on a remarqué que certaines étaient vraiment très belles ! Surement plus cher aussi.. Il y'a une salle de sport gratuite , qui est très sympa ! Et un petit Spa à 25euros (sauna/douche) Le petit déjeuner est très copieux ! Le personnel très sympathique ! Une bonne expérience pour visiter Venise est ses alentours !!!

Un vieux château”
Ce fut un château, peut-être luxueux, mais qui est bien vieux. Certains endroits et certains meubles sont plus qu'usés; ils sont même décrépis. L'hôtel est situé dans un grand parc, assez éloigné de Venise et bien au calme. Le petit déjeuner, en libre-service, ne propose que peu de produits frais, beaucoup de nourriture industrielle. La chambre, vieillotte avec des meubles en mauvaise état, était propre et équipée d'une climatisation très, très bruyante.

Mit der Elektrik haben’s sie nicht so genau. Das Stromkabel vom Fön liegt offen und ist plank. Habe es der Rezeption 3 Mal gemeldet. Bis zur Abreise wurde es nicht repariert. Das geht gar nicht. Lebensgefahr!!!

Il posto è molto bello, peccato la scarsissima pulizia delle camere, due giorni con gli stessi insetti morti e rinsecchiti sul calorifero, già trovati all'arrivo. Frigobar rumorosissimo, tra l'altro VUOTO !!! mah.. La SPA c'è, ma chiusa !! Forse siamo capitati in un periodo sbagliato.

Grazie per la sua recensione, ci dispiace per l'inconveniente, abbiamo avuto purtroppo l'invasione delle cimici in quel periodo come tutto il Triveneto. In questo periodo stiamo sostituendo i frigo bar rumorosi, le bevande non sono fornite in camera ma sono acquistabili presso il nostro bar al piano terra. La SPA in quel periodo era chiusa per manutenzione, ora è aperta e funziona regolarmente insieme alla sala fitness. La struttura ha da poco cambiato gestione e stiamo migliorando anche grazie ai vostri commenti. Cogliamo l'occasione di augurarle buone feste! Anton

Io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti solo una notte dopo aver visitato Venezia e devo dire che è comodo arrivarci ed è vicino a Mestre. L'hotel merita una buona valutazione ed anche la camera è abbastanza grande e pulita. Nota positiva la colazione che è abbondante e variegata.
