Sentbto another hotel ”
I would love to tell you more but upon arrival I was informed that the hotel had an animal problems and therefore they sent me to another less impressive hotel.
I needed a hotel with parking and they had parking on the property.
I have chosen this hotel for the free parking but the location, staff, cleanliness made us very happy too.Our room on the third floor was quiet, spacious, with a balcony.Reception staff friendly talkative and helpful(especially Simone).Thank you for everything.
We would stay at Hotel Villa Pinciana again. There are several restaurants located within 5 minutes walking.
Very bad internet service Poor breakfast Noisy air condition Cant walk to the central train station
Quite neighborhood, no fancy deco but comfortable”
A little far from metro, but taxi is very convenient.
Great. However, the gym is inadequate.
Our stay was lovely, however, the noise from the air conditioning unit outside was not acceptable. They should sort it out.
Hotel is efficient Bed & Breakfast style”
Trouble free with helpful front desk - basically the only contact
extremely clean, centrally located, helpful staffs”
ticket to an opera show which in only 10 euro away can be obtained from reception only a short distance to the broghese gallery/villa/park -- must book ticket in advance San Marco restaurant, just round the corner, for a yummy 12-euro lasagna treat is a must
Hotel closed to business area”
Apart from car parking facility, they have a lovely garden, it should be nice in sitting at the garden. Unfortunately we arrived late and had to leave early to catch flight.
Excellent Hotel and very helpful staff”
The room was lovely and bright with new furniture. The beds were very comfy and the room was quiet, so we had a peaceful nights sleep.
beautiful and intimate”
lovely place but need better consierge service and breakfast room
a real jewel”
We were surprised that the hotel was everything we had hoped it would be and more. The rooms are attractively decorated, the baths are modern and very functional. It felt like our "home" in Rome!!! The only problem we had was the wifi which would not come up in our room. We had to go to the lobby to get it to come up and then we could use it in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel was a true find.
Beautiful hotel, beautiful area of Rome”
wonderful small hotel in great area of rome. our room, 204, was very attractive with fabulous verandah. front desk always helpful and recommendation of area restaurants spot on. was afraid that location was too far out of center but found it ideal--away from tourist swarms but convenient to everything. nearby non-tourist restaurants were wonderful, supermarket almost next door. quiet, upscale neighborhood a couple of blocks from via veneto. negatives--terrible breakfast--canned orange juice, packaged white bread the only available (other than rolls and packaged croissants)in wonderful bread italy. wifi worked beautifully in lounge but sporadically in room. all in all a wonderful hotel, elegant decor, good a.c., nice, well equipped bathroom, clean, good lighting plus helpful staff. would love to stay there again
Beautiful hotel, great service and good value”
Hotel Villa Pinciana is a beautiful hotel i a good part of the city and has excellent rooms and service. Excellent value as well in an expensive city The only issue i have is the internet connection was poor, so i wouldn't recommend this for business travellers
Lovely hotel in a very convenient area. ”
We spent 3 nights at the hotel. Room was quite small and there were no drawers to store clothing. We literally had to live out of our suitcases. It wasn't too bad for 3 days but any longer it would have been very inconvenient. Hotel was very clean and all the staff was very personable and helpful. There was free internet and a computer that guests could use. I would stay there again if I was going for a short period of time.
Very nice hotel, just a few details missing”
hotel is a nice old building with beautiful rooms. everything was clean and working, and staff was helpful and professional. rooms had good selection of assesories in bathroom, but no tea- and coffee facilities, and no complimentary water in the room. rooms had comfortable beds, enough towels and a nice shower. hotel does not have any resturant or roomservice. there is a fitness room in the hotel, but equipment was not working properly, and weights were missing. ok italian breakfast, nothing ekstaorninary, and running out of a few thins late in the morning. a plus were the tables set up in the garden. nice roof terrace, but not very available as it turned out to be locked. hotel is in the middle of rome with easy access to the old center. all over a beautiful hotel but several things missing to make the stay really comfortable, but several small details were missing to make the stay perfect.
We had a fabulous visit in Rome and the hotel made it even more special. Sandine was so incredibly helpful in getting us around the city in such a short time. We could not have done it without her help and that of the hotel staff. We would definitely return!
Very nice boutique hotel”
The receptionist was very nice and upgraded us, we had a suite with a huge terrace and a balcony on the other side, it was really top service from them. The advantages of this hotel is that it is very small and quiet in a quiet area, while being very near/walking distance from via veneto. This hotel has charm and I would recommend it without problem.
