Friendliness of staff and owner, making you feel just like home; great place to meet and dine with other people staying in the same hotel; and the promixity to the ruins & museum is not comparable!

Our stay at Hotel Villa Rita is excellent and very comfortable, making our stay in Paestum a truly memorable one.

The best for genuine Italian hospitality ”

So close to the ruins, quiet and so beautiful!! You can have dinner added in the hotel. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Free bikes to get around the town, short distance to the sea. A swimming pool, we didn't use. My favorite hotel on this trip. Thanks to all at the Hotel Villa Rita!

30+ kiLome tress outside Salerno”

OK...it was my fault when I booked this hotel that I didn't check more thoroughly where it was. We were looking for a place to stay for one night after driving the Amalfi Coast I use Agoda all the time but missed how far out this one was. Really shouldn't have been come up on a Salerno search but that's not the hotels fault. What a nice place? Very pretty. Great pool - you do have to wear a swimming cap to use it....but a lovely pool with good seating and a pool bar (where you can also buy your caps) Lovely room. Plenty of space - we had a family triple Nice facilities. 10 minutes stroll to the beach & restaurants although you can have a set menu dinner at the hotel for €22 - we weren't that hungry. In the middle of all the ruins. Lovely breakfast. The staff were truly lovely.

I will definetely be back to this place if I am in the area. The facility itself quite outdated but the location and the price ,kindness of the staff makes up for everything else missing. No question I would book it again if I am back to Paestum.

Friendly staff ”

This tidy property is near the temple and an easy 20 minute walk from the unmanned train station. (There are no closer hotels.) The hotel is family run and all staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is generous. Dinner was simple but hearty fare. The archeological zone is remarkable and I highly recommend staying a night rather than a hurried visit.

Vierbettzimmmer klein, Matratzen hart”

Wir landeten in einem kleinen Vierbettzimmer in den Außenpavillons. Es passten gerade mal die Betten in das Zimmer, die so hart waren, daß keiner von uns vieren gut geschlafen hat. Beim Frühstück gab es ein undefinierbares graues Etwas, das wohl mal ein Rührei gewesen war. Der Cappuccino war etwas komisch, wie ein aufgewärmter Latte. Preis war angemessen niedrig.

Staff molto gentile e accogliente, camera di giuste dimensioni con balcone e kit di cortesia che ho molto apprezzato. Bella la piscina e lo spazio antistante, buono il servizio a bordo piscina. Unico neo la colazione;non ho molto apprezzato il dover scegliere il giorno prima cosa mangiare e quanto (per carità buona la scelta e dosi libere ma dover scegliere il giorno prima non mi è piaciuto, adoro il buffet!)

Bellissimo soggiorno”

Hotel situato in una zona strategica, a pochi minuti dagli scavi archeologici di Paestum, 7 minuti di macchina per andare al mare e l'hotel dotato di piscina. La mia camera era spaziosa dotata di condionatore, un bel frigobar, di una bella 🚿 e letto comodissimo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerei volentieri!

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti della scelta. Buon hotel con piscina e biciclette a disposizione dei clienti. Unica pecca: camera con frigobar non efficiente (una cantinetta vino in realtà). Comunque molta attenzione ai comportamenti di sicurezza.

2 giorni a Paestum”

Una piacevole sorpresa nell'incanto di Paestum. Villa Rita lontana dalla strada, assicura un soggiorno assolutamente rilassato e rilassante. I proprietari ed il personale sono estremamente cordiali e disponibili. Le biciclette, offerte in uso gratuito e la piscina due plus assoluti. Se ritorneremo in zona, sicuramente lo prenoteremo.
