Another perfect hotel // Worth my money ”
Its only five minutes walk from the subway station also a lot of supermarket around the area. The stuff are polite and friendly. They cleaned the room every single day. Very convenient, good facility, clean room. Nothing to say more because everything is perfect. Over all love it <3

Strategic Location, Comfortable &Worth of Money”
Stay in this hotel for 4 nights during the Sapporo Snow Festival. The best and affordable hotel during the high season. The hotel is located near the Nakajima Park (Nakajima koen) & Nakajima koen station, just one stop to Susukino station, 2 stops to Odori Park station, and 3 stops to Sapporo station, very good location. There is lift access in exist 1, so it is very convenient if you bring a lot of luggage. Hotel room was comfortable and staff is helpfull. The cleaning service lady did clean the hotel everyday however she did not vacuum under the bed, a lot of dust under the bed. Other than that the hotel was comfy.

Pleasant stay! ”
Location is only about 200m away from Nakajima-Koen subway station which is only 1 stop away from Susukino. Convenient stores just across the road. Room is consider spacious for Japan standard. There's a microwave at the lobby that can be used for the guests. Also, they provided luggage forwarding service by GPA that's really helpful (we forwarded our luggage from this hotel to Kiroro Resort).

Excellent hotel with one issue”
This is an excellent hotel with spacious room, good quality facilities, friendly staff, near subway station. However, the AC was pre-set to 21C at low fan speed. My room was hot due to day long sunlight . I hardly felt the AC was working at all. The room temperature definitely remained above 21C and not comfortable at all.

I am a solo female traveller from the Philippines I am delighted that this hotel is very near the train station, convenience stores and a great beer bar (Beer Inn Mugishutei). The breakfast selection is so-so but it's not important to me. Lastly, the staff are friendly even though some had a hard time conversing with me in english, they still did the best they can to cater to my questions and needs. BTW, I went to Niseko for 3 days and they let me store my big luggage in their facility while I'm gone, big thanks to them!

Clean Quiet Near by Nakazimakohen(?) subways station but little far away from susukino(down town). You can still walk though. Maybe 15 minutes. Oh, also concierge were really nice.

Great Location and Good Breakfast”
This hotel is very near to Nakajima Park which is very beautiful and peaceful park. Also is next to the station where you are easily accessible to every where around Sapporo. it is also a walking distance to Susukino street. This hotel breakfast was very good too. The hotel staff is friendly and the room is very clean too.

The room is very clean and decorated in modern style. Located exactly by the Nakajima Park. 2 mins walk to the nearly station and 5 mins walk to the airport shuttle bus stop.

Great location, really near to the subway station”
The location is awesome, once you exit from the station, you'll be able to see the hotel on your left side and it's really near. Beside the hotel, there's a nice park for photo taking as well.

It would help if they can speak basic English ”
Pros : Accessible Near Nakajima Koen Park and Nakajima Koen subway , New Chitose airport bus stop Very Clean Cons Language proficiency, we cannot chat with the staff , it would be more pleasant if they can speak basic English Long walk if you want to save 400 yen daily, take 21 to 25 minutes walk to Odori park, Sapporo Tv Tower and Sapporo Station Daimaru and Stellar Place

Location and services”
The location is very near to Nakajima Koen train station but not near to tourists places, I.e. Odori park, odori tv tower or sapporo. I booked the smoking room wrongly and the staff insisted not to change for me. Luckily there was no strong smoking smell after opening the window.

Stuck with our rooms on smoking floor”
We are a family of 4. Knowing this is going to be a small room, we booked 2 rooms at least 6 month in advance. We made a specific request to be on the non smoking floor. We were given 2 smoking rooms for 2 days. This floor smelled BAD. The stuff was also unusually unfriendly. They were not helpful. This is the worst experience of our 10 days stay in Japan. Wish we had picked a different hotel.

Room is very bad smell When I went to check in their staff very careless. They didnt say hi anything to me. It not the same other hotel . Service mind is bad.
