“If you are planning to stay near Susukino and use the airport bus, I highly recommend it.”
It was my first time in Japan, and I heard that early check-in wasn't very likely, so I was unsure. However, I arrived before two o'clock, and since there was a room available, early check-in was possible. Everyone was able to communicate in English and were very friendly, so there were no major issues. It's also a great location for restaurants and the station near Susukino, and it's close to Don Quijote! For those using the airport bus, the location is perfect as well. The room isn't very big, but it's good for sleeping, and all the amenities were provided, which I appreciated. It's good value for money and clean. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but I only noticed the positives, so I would definitely consider using it again.

“Practical, clean and perfect for small family”
This hotel vista is very much close to odori and susukino subway and underground walkway, check in /out was very fast and the staff were very courteous and welcoming, facilities are clean and looks like new.. would definetely recommend as 1st timers in sapporo!

The hotel's location was superb, allowing easy access to shopping and various attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a peaceful night's rest too. Overall a great experience that exceeded expectations.

“The location is really good.”
The accommodation is located on a shopping street, so it is easy to come and go even when it rains or snows. There is a Mega Donki within a 5-minute walk, and various brand shopping is available within a 10-minute walk, making it very convenient to drop off your bags at the accommodation after shopping. The airport bus stop is also located within a 3-minute walk, so the location is really good for the price. I would like to stay again. However, I stayed in room 906, which was an end room, and the cleanliness was lacking compared to other hotels of the same class. There was a lot of dust on the desk. Additionally, due to eco-friendly operations, the bedding was not changed at all during my 4-night stay, so that was disappointing. The staff were all very friendly.

Airport limousine stop to airport is just around the corner. Many food options around hotel area and tax free drug store is just opposite the hotel. Comfortable beds and love the bath tub.
