Best Value for Money”
There is no doubt, this is the best value for money in Milano - very nice hotel with pretty and clean rooms. But yes, it's a bit far off - but with Lime Scooters or even the tram it takes a couple of minutes towards the center. Real blessing, been there now 3 times and will come again.

We have just have spent one of our best vacation experience in an European city … viu is super attractive place for an relaxing city experience hotel .. stuff is helpful .. although I would recommend to waive off the 40euro per night parking rate .. 5/5 star hotel

Steal in the City”
I can't say anything bad about this hotel! It might be located a bit out of the heart of Milano, but with the tram it takes around 10-15min to get to the Duomo. With around 10 Min walking you get to a cute restaurant neighbourhood - all perfect If you need Restaurant recommendation ask Giacomo, he was lovely and helped us alot! thanks to everyone for this stay

Nice hotel”
My wife and I had a pleasent stay at the Hotel VIU. The staff was wonderful. The room is nice. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located on a small street. So the road noise was minimal. Location is a tad bit off the beaten path. The duomo is about 3.5 kms and the central station is about 3 kms away

High Quality Offering”
Excellent quality of accommodation, 5 star staff and experience. Arrived off an overnight flight and were able to find me a room right away which was great. Roof top is pretty special for a drink before heading into the city for dinner. Around a 20/30min to the Duomo via the Park which is a pleasant walk and great for a morning run.

Best Hotel”
My wife, my 9 month old son and I were traveling from Lake Como back to NYC with a pit stop in Milan on the way home. My business partner recommended this hotel and we booked the Family Room. My goodness it was the best hotel we have stayed in, in quite a long time so I would easily recommend it to anyone who stays in Milan. The room was huge, the staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, the rooftop bar was stunning and the restaurant was fantastic. If we make our way back to Milan, I would not stay anywhere else. Thanks Hotel VIU!!!

Incredible hotel ”
Arrived at hotel and was upgraded to a room with a balcony. Upon entering the room, there was a complimentary bottle or prosecco and cake (as I had specified that I was coming for my mum's birthday). Staff were lovely, really helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The room was amazing, clean and huge. The restaurant food was nice although a little pricey, same for drinks. The rooftop terrace and pool was out of this world with incredible views of Milan. I coudln't recommend this hotel more. It's fabulous

Excellent new hotel with helpful staff and clean & tidy rooms”
Impressed in general. Just need to be mindful that the hotel is located near Chinatown which is a bit far away from the main shopping area in Milan (e.g. Brera, Duomo). So after dinner / shopping in the main area, it may not be too safe to walk back to the hotel even if it's just 30 mins walk - I took taxi which is obviously not that cheap in Milan.

Hotel VIU while is not located in the city center, it is convenient to get to places. The design of the hotel is chic and sophisticated. The staff is wonderfully attentive and helpful with lovely sense of humor. Highly recommended

Exceptional”
Great Hotel, very new and modern. Really friendly staff, never experienced so friendly, positive and happy employes in a hotel. Bet‘s were so comfortable and also the breaksfast was fantastic. Location is in chinatown but still very central. You just need 15 min with the tram to the dom and arround 20 min to the central railstation. Look forward to stay there again

Super designed hotel with service deficiencies ”
Super nice hotel and quite cheap for 5 stars. The interior is excellent and everything is new and looks fancy. The breakfast was amazing and left no wishes at all. The seevice by the pool/ restaurant on the 8th floor needs some service schooling as they have been mostly quite unattended and didn’t see empty glasses. Some glasses stood in the heat for more than 4 hours. But no complaints about the friendliness! I still would recommend the hotel and will stay again next time :)

great hotel the design detail was fabulous the hotel restaurant hulk had amazing food service and ambience. the hotel staff was super helpful and the room was great. the location is ok although a tram is 2 mins away and goes into the main city.

Very well designed hotel”
If you are looking for a stylish and elegant hotel with great design and premium materials, this is the right place to go. The staff is excellent, always ready to help with any request you might have. Roof top is high enough to overlook all buildings around, the swimming is small but offers a lovely refreshment. Although part of Marriott/Bonvoy Group, since 2018 Design Hotels dont need to follow Best Rate Guarantee so Agoda is a great place where to book it.

An exceptional hotel- cool,luxurious and affording every level of comfort. The roof terrace is an absolute haven of tranquility-planted with olive trees and rosemary -with magnificent views across the city. The staff are highly professional and attentive. The bedrooms have been beautifully designed in a cool,luxurious manner of styling. Located in a historic area, close to Chinatown and on the doorstep of the tram stop travelling straight into the heart of Milan.Will be returning!

Lovely hotel bit out of the way ”
The hotel is new and modern, with great facilities such as the spa and rooftop pool. The staff were very friendly but not very attentive by the pool - guests, including myself, kept having to go inside to order food and drink. Also I only got the key to my room at 4.45pm when check in was supposed to be at 2pm. I had been waiting by the pool since 12pm and they were very aware of this but I had to ask many times when my room would be ready. It was a shame because the room was lovely but I didn’t have much time to enjoy it.

Pros: staff, atmosphere, cleanliness, rooms, food and drinks and rooftop pool Cons: a little way further from the centre but easily accessible in ten mins by tram The rooftop terrace was beautiful they have six sun beds available and the rest of the terrace with seating and small tables. On a busier day it would be good to bring out a few extra sun beds and remove some of the normal seating
