I booked via agoda, my trip is with children but when I check in, it says the hotel doesn’t welcome children. They said they just let me in this time, how bad it feels. Then, we realised that the hotel is a sex hotel (時鐘酒店), though the room is really big, but you feel so dirty in there especially when you are with your young age children. Highly NOT recommended for family with young children.

Vor Ort wurde klar, dass das Hotel für ‚Paare‘ ausgerichtet ist und vermutlich nur für 1 Nacht gebucht wird. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Das bestellbare Essen und deren Auswahl war sehr gut! Das diskrete Personal ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wenn mobil, würden wir die Suite (90m2) sofort wieder buchen.

位置有点不方便，一定要自駕遊”
住了兩晚，設施4.5星级，房大，雖說是時鐘酒店形式，但乾淨企理，浴室設備用品超齊全，女士最滿意，廳中又有雪柜及微波炉，很方便。接待处的哥哥及姊姊非常有礼，不过只能靠有限英语溝通，少許不便，但無損他們的熱誠，这次住宿超滿意。

房間大小、設備和整潔都是一級棒的，退房是自動繳費機，唯一不太能理解的是，外出時房門無法自動上鎖，當天我們是請櫃檯協助上鎖，返回時再請櫃檯協助解門鎖，不知道是房間中控管理或我們太笨不會上鎖XD

這間酒店係我住幾次日本中最正嘅一間！如果下次有機會到和歌山會再考慮，附近離十分鐘自駕有超平浴場$60-$70左右港紙一個成人，方便想去浸溫泉而又唔想住貴溫泉酒店嘅旅客！

我訂的是家庭房，房間很大，有两部大電視機，可看電影，也可唱KTV。淋浴間很大，有按摩浴池(但不懂操作，所以用不上）。衛生間只有一個，我們五個人，有點不方便。免費提供飲料和糕點，很美味貼心。”
酒店是情侣酒店，提供時租或半日租。酒店沒有景觀和康樂設施，所以只宜作為過夜用。提供的早餐選擇不多，但還可以。有免費停車場，適合自駕游。

在日本人來說這間應該不是渡假酒店，是情人酒店，設計很細心，從入住到離開都可以不接觸酒店職員，但說句老實話，酒店設施的確非常好，房間有按摩椅、雙人浴虹，卡拉Ok還有中文歌，免費等候飲料、蛋糕。”
還有職員服務很好（雖然不懂英語，要用翻譯機）早餐很豐富，送餐的食物也可以、而且價錢合理，位置也很好，沒有租車自駕，坐的士去附近景點也很方便，如果想溝通好一點和知道多一點資訊，可以找他們的經理，他的英文很好，而且很熱心，我想找附近溫泉，他立刻找了附近溫泉的中文介紹給我，只要你不介意看到有一對對情侶、或偷情者，這酒店是一個很好的選擇，以我來說，如果再去和歌山，會再考慮這酒店。

1. 我們住的是四人房，房間超大，有兩部大電視，可看日、西電影。 2. 浴室有一個大按摩浴缸，酒店有提供浸浴用品，我的十歲兒子浸得很開心。 3. 早餐有四款選擇，服務員會直接拿上房給住客，而且味道很美味。 4. 地下有免費汽水和咖啡機，也有免費蛋糕🍰。 5. 房間很乾淨，床很大，應該是King size。

Perfect for couple. 這是情侶酒店，情侶可以一戰。私隱度高，設備很好，有按摩椅，按摩浴缸浴室很大，床很大，服務貼心。 缺點：沒有窗，地點較偏僻需要自駕。
