I will absolutely stay here again”
All the staffs are so lovely and nice. Location was very good to go to hot tour spots. Subway, great restaurants, convinience stores and a park are nearby. The room was small but we don't have any kind of uncomfortable feeling. Very very clean everything. Everything we needed were there. Breakfast was also very good. Really no bad point. We all four members(our couple and two little kids) feel great to be there. We will book WBF again.

Great Hotel”
One of our best stays in Osaka, they offer various services and amenities that made our stay very comfortable after a day of walking and navigating. The breakfast has good quality and it was worth adding on the booking. They even had a free ramen every night and happy hour which was a delight to us. Receptionists spoke english well and the check out was a breeze. Definitely a good value.

Blissful stay”
I love how new and quiet this hotel is. The staff were courteous and helpful, and everyday we come back to a room that has been cleaned, with fresh towels provided. They even have sleepwears at the lobby for guests to use, free of charge. Nearby convenience stores and is situated in the middle of 3 train atations. Highly recommended!!!

10 min walk from 2 - 3 diff subway stations. Rooms are clean but small. If you have a lot of luggage (or big luggage) you might have trouble. I was able to manage it and it was not a problem. The breakfast was delicious, and the free Ramen was not bad for it being free.

Great value for money stay in Osaka”
We loved the location of this hotel - could walk to lots of tourist hotspots and not too far from the metro trains. There were some nice little restaurants and bars close by. The room was compact but spotlessly clean. The only complaint was that we couldn’t access the free wifi in our room. Staff were friendly and polite. Washing machines and dryers were available downstairs. We particularly liked the help yourself drinks that were available in the dining room each afternoon/evening. One morning we bought breakfast and were very impressed with the variety. Thank you WBF Kitasemba East for a great stay.

The hotel offers budgeted free food at night at 9:30pm to 10:30pm.. facilities are super clean.. love their rooms.. they have laundry at ground floor... the only thing is that, its too far from the mrt.. if you are a walker, then, this hotel is for you.. nearest train station is 10 mins walk from the hotel.. not so much restaurant around.. but there is 7-11 nearby.. you need to go to namba if u want plenty of food to choose..

The room was small, but it used space very efficiently! They also provide plenty of additional amenities. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the closest station. I enjoyed my stay very much and would stay here if I’m in the area again.

10 min walk from subway stations. Check in was a breeze. Room size was OK as I was staying solo. TV came with free Youtube. Wifi was fast. Some rooms might not have the greatest view as the hotel block was wedged in between other buildings, but it was OK for me (was there to sleep and rest only). They give free rental of pajamas for you to wear at night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and definitely worth the money considering hotels in Japan can be a bit pricey. Will come and stay again if I were to visit Osaka in the future.

Small room as expected. Clean room and nice bathroom. Loved the toiletries there too! They served free ramen during our entire stay and it was good for service ramen. Will definitely come back!

Close to Dotonbori and Metro”
Pros: close to Hommachi metro station, walkable to Dotonbori (25min), hotel also provided cellphone complimentary to us for navigating the city. Cons: smaller room as it’s a business type hotel, but we made it work.

If only it were closer to the subway stations!”
My only gripe with this hotel is the location. While it was near a lot of restaurants and 7/11 was just a few steps away, subway was a bit far (5-7 mins walk to all the stations it was close to). It's not a huge deal if you're in Japan since walking in Japan is safe but it's so tiring after being out and going to all the tourist spots. You then have to think about navigating to get to your hotel. Loved the coin laundry, used it maybe 4 times during our stay. Also loved the sleepware provided (you need to get it from the shelf beside the elevator). Breakfast buffet was adequate (loved the teriyaki chicken!) and coffee was amazingly good! Staff were extremely nice and helpful (mistakenly put the wrong number of coins for the dryer, while the staff could not do anything about it, she was offering to give me back the coins even though it was my mistake! Gave the coins back of course). Loved the heated toilet seat, it's a welcome respite from the winter weather.
