This is a very convenient location where nearby many shops and supermarket (open 24 hrs). The hotel is also next to the bus stop, convenient to the airport which only took 20-25 mins. However, the room is relatively small for 4 people with tightly toilet. Hygiene is average. Car-park is also provided. I would recommend to come again if visit ishigaki again.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff”
it's a very comfortable room in a very nice location. it is very close to the airport and provides necessary facility for a comfortable stay. stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fridge crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided and there is a washing machine in the balcony. unlike other japanese hotels, pyjamas were not provided so you might want to bring your own. the staff members are very nice and helpful. i drove around but there's also a bus stop right outside the hotel so it was rather convenient too. as the hotel is very close to the airport you may here the planes if you stay in the hotel during the day but it did not bother me as i go out during the day.

english-speaking staff were kind and supportive. they rent many things including bycycle without charge. room was clean and cozy, and has kitchen where cooking is possible. but this resort is near airport, so tourists who stay long time at room might be disturbed.

Brilliant place to stay”
Nice sized apartment with every amenity. You can cook, clean, sleep in a fairly large apartment. Situated equidistant from the airport and the port. Having a car park is a bonus. They also give you a 4G phone with data enabled included. The customer reps cannot speak english well but they do try and help. The only negative is that they do not clean if you had a long stay unless you pay £1000 yen per extra cleaning day. They would have done this if someone was leaving everyday so not sure why for the same price that is not done. They do charge extra for kitchen utensils but it is cleaned and well maintained for a nominal price of 500yen for the first day and 100 yen for every additional day.

Comfortable but far from town”
Rasso is more like a serviced apartment than hotel. We 3 adults stayed at a two twins bed room. Extra Futon bed is provided which are all very comfortable. The room is new, clean and bright. Very well equipped with what we needed: full function kitchen, laundry machine, balcony, hair dryer, bathtub, bathrobes, slippers and all other essentials. Cooking utensils available for rent 500 yen for a day which I think it's reasonable. Supermarkets are just right next door. Free good coffee and tea provided at the reception though no breakfast service onsite. Location is halfway from airport to the town. It's a bit inconvenient for the people who don't have a car cos you need to take a 15min bus ride to town (where ferry/bus terminal are) all the time. Friendly staff with OK English. Overall we loved the stay and will come back next time.

Nice Apartment with clean room and good location”
We stayed in Rasso Apartment for 2 nights. We found that the room is pretty neat, and everything is well equipped, even has a washing machine on the balcony. We liked the style of our room, half western (bed) and half Japanese (sitting room). Location is good, bus stop is just across the street, and got free bicycle rental, although we didn't do any biking because of heavy raining. Staff is okay, got the smile and service for the girl, but for the other lady, not quite. With this price, it is definitely worth to stay here in Rasso if you are planning to visit Ishigaki for few days.

Good value and location”
Location is perfect. Room is spacious Staff are good and helpful. There is a small kitchen at the corner of the room, but you need to pay extra if you want to cook. We didn't cook, but there are some strange kitchen smell coming from the corner. The smell was quite obvious everytime we entered the room. Parking spaces were limited. If the spaces were occupied, you have to park at the underground carpark, which is dim and with very steep slope. The slope was so steep that every time we passed by, the crest hit the bottom of our car. Need to be extra cautious when using the underground carpark. Otherwise, everything was excellent

Very convienient as there’s a lot of supermarkets around! Also the bus stop is right outside the hotel which is so good!! Not too far from the centre and there is a beautiful beach within walking distance! Very very pleasant stay! Would definitely go back and recommend again!
