3 nights stay. Great service and hospitality from staff, couldn't ask for more. Clean room and facilities. Many thanks to the staff. 30mins free-flow lounge was quite a bonus treat. Good location, short walk to food and shopping area, public transport.

Friendly staff, nice bento breakfast and free flow of beverages snacks”
My family with 2 kids had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. They only provide bento set as breakfast but the food were fresh and delicious. Different bento food everyday. Free flow of alcohol, beverages and snacks from 7pm to 11pm is really worth it for hotel guests. Room, bath room were really clean and hotel provide different kind of bath powder with fragrant like lavender, mint, yuzu, lemon, milk and salt to choose from at the reception counter. Only the room is a bit dim. When you drop something on the dark carpet, you can’t see it and The hotel is just opposite the shopping street Tanokijoki shopping street at the No 1 section beginning of the street. Total there are 7 sections. lots of food and restaurants. Directly opposite is a curry restaurant.

We went on a 2 weeks vacation in Japan and WBF Sapporo Chuo defenitely is the best . They provide 2 bottle of water , which we didnt have in any other hotel in Japan. They also give you a free mobile phone with 4G, in case you dont have internet access . The room is spacious, clean and new. The staff is excellent , I cant complain about anything.

Love their free 1 hour lounge , they provide various type of liquor, juice, sparkling juice, nuts, cheese etc, 1 hour is more than enough. Basic breakfast like homestyle with cozy breakfast place, you can make a simple salmon/tuna/fishroe don and have milk and cereal, you can make hot mashmallow for kid and they must be love it. Some food is cold like salted cooked salmon, tamagoyaki, sausages which doesnt taste good. Room stated limited housekeeping but so far everyday my room was tidy up everyday. Overall is a pleasant stay, all room non smoking, I stayed at Hollywood twin and the both super single bed next to each other therefore we have a very big and comfortable bed. Recommend to my friend for it reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room we booked, albeit the smallest one, is surprisingly equipped with 2 double beds (was expecting single). We can open 2 medium sized luggages. It was kept spic and span daily. Towels were replaced, toiletries replenished. Shiseido face wash is available. The shampoo, conditioner & body wash in pump bottles were refilled. They all smell so nice. Had I known this, I wouldn't have brought my own. I just would like to suggest that they provide an anti-slip rubbermat for the bathtub as I accidentally slipped & hit my shoulder against the sides of the bathtub. We had a restful sleep nightly, the beds & blankets were cozy. The heater was working properly. We just turn it off if it gets too warm. The front desk staff are very friendly and accomodating. We arrived at around 10am. We stowed our luggages at the front desk. They just took my details. When we went back to check-in in the afternoon, our luggages were already in our room. Thy were so thoughtful and efficient. I find I can communicate with the staff in English. If there was difficulty, there was always Google translate. The location of the hotel is near the Odori Station exits 32, 34 and 37. Exit 37 has an elevator, for those who have luggages. Exit 32 has an escalator going up only. There were lots of restaurants nearby (even McDonalds) as well as convenient stores. Daiso is just across the street. A pharmacy is just walking distance. Tanukikoji Shopping arcade and the Nijo Market are also walking distance. We managed to walk to the Susukino district and the Odori Park as well as well. The location is truly 5 stars! The price of our room is very reasonable, one of the most affordable really but you will get more than what you paid for. We checked out at 5:15am, the front desk staff was all smiling & discharged us swiftly. We took the taxi to the Sapporo Station for our (6:17am Rapid Train to CTS) costing us ¥900. Will I stay here again? Definitely!

A hotel with high value to price ratio, great services and amenities”
A very good hotel with a pretty good location near Odori Station (Where the shopping and restaurants are). Most importantly, it has a free lounge offered for WBF members, and free coffee and tea in the morning. The hotel is a bit old so toilet equipment are not that new, but overall highly recommend this hotel.

Very close to key shopping streets in Sapporo. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room size is great compare to hotels in same price range, and it's clean & tidy. Overnight parking price is reasonable.

Good location near Odori park, Nijo market, Sapporo TV tower, Tanukikoji st, shopping area. All walking distance, plenty of foods around too. The room is big and clean, the staffs are nice and can speak well English. Will definitely come back stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Even if not all staffs are bilingual. But are with very kind attitude and well trained for all what they should equip. Perhaps accommodation cost is high as well as other well developed international cities' worldwide, many parking lots in the downtown of Sapporo are in the formation of elevator that each time can allow one vehicle to get in or out. And need to inform the front desk staff to drive elevator. It is a funny experience to get along with the hospitable staff.

Great location near odori park, clock tower and sapporo tower. Free drinks, you can choose wine, coffee, orange juice or iced tea anytime of the day.. I was disappointed with one of their staff. Our domestic flight was 7:30 in the morning. He didn't advice us that domstic aiirport opens at 6:20am. We asked him what is the best option for our transportation and he said by taxi. We spent 14,190 yen. We arrived at the aiport at around 5:15 am with -7 degree weather. We're waiting outside to open the gate @ 6:20.. My advice for all travellers taking domestic flight. just take the earliest bus, much cheaper coz the counter opens at 6:45 even if your flight is 7:30

The hotel location was perfect for easy pickup by the Niseko Bus. Room was clean and Big compared to other hotels of the same price. Some staff was not very friendly and accommodating.
