I visited during the summer, so the shower curtain had a slightly damp smell, but it wasn't uncomfortable as I didn't use it much. Apart from that, there was no discomfort or dirty areas at all! The accommodation was very clean and the staff were friendly. There were staff members who could speak English, but they weren't fluent. However, since there were instructions in English, there shouldn't be any problems. The public bath was small but clean, and the location was satisfactory. It's not extremely close to the station, but it takes about 5 minutes to walk there, and there are quite a few convenience stores and restaurants on the way, so it's okay.

We stayed for 5d/4n and highly recommended! Near Chikushi Exit of Hakata Terminal so most of the transportation going to different places in Fukuoka will be in Hakata Station. There light bfast (bread & drinks) is such a good treat before we start the day! In the afternoon or evening there’s drink in the lobby hence you could just stay a bit after all the walking, train or bus ride before go back to the hotel. Staff are pleasant. Suggestion : cleaning of the room should be on the 3rd day including check in day instead of 3 days after checkin. But the supply of fresh towels is always on time in the morning. It was such a great stay in Hotel Wing International Fukuoka! Arigatou!

Good value but avoid the 10th floor”
Convenient location as the hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Hakata Station. Though I didn't use it, the hotel offers free public bath and light complimentary breakfast. They have a small lounge for guests. Free amenities like toothbrush is available at their counter, but there is no skincare packets, which I have gotten at other hotels. One star is docked because it is a little inconvenient with getting to your room as you have to first take the elevator or stairs to the 2F lobby before taking a separate elevator to your room. And because I was given a room on the top floor, which was where the laundry machines were located without any door separation, the hallway was extremely stuffy and humid, making it uncomfortable when you're waiting for the elevator. I could also hear the laundry machines running from my room. I'd recommend asking for a room below the 10th floor.

Convenient place to stay, around 5 mins from Hakata station. Good to have Onsen after a tiring day of travelling. Onsen is quite small, max 4 people stay in the onsen at the same time, with only 3 vacancies for bathing, 1 basin and 1 hair dryer only. The availability of female/ male onsen can be checked from TV. Staff are nice. Breakfast is only simple breads and drinks. Not attractive at all. Lots of restaurants nearby. Free umbrella can be borrowed. Room cleaning every 3 days. No cleaning service if you are staying less than 3 days. ¥200/ 30mins of laundry. ¥ 100/30 mins of drying. Only 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines available, always full. No view at all from the room. Nearly can touch the next building, Can only bearly see the sky.
