“I was very satisfied.”
The staff members were very kind and communication in English was possible. The facilities were clean and the location was very good. The bed mattress was good, the blankets were nice, and the soundproofing was decent, so I had a comfortable stay. However, towels were only changed every three days, which was a bit inconvenient since there were 2 towels and 1 bath towel per person for three days; I deducted 1 point for hygiene. I booked a non-smoking room, but since my companion smokes, I requested a room change at check-in, and they kindly agreed. The room was clean, and both twin beds were semi-double and comfortable. Since it was a smoking room, it was unavoidable, but the air coming from the air conditioner had a strong smell of tobacco, which was a bit disappointing.
