Very good
We booked a room with four single beds and a bathroom (which is not easily found in Tokyo). The location was great just a few minutes to Asakusabashi train station and then one stop to Akihabara station that can take you in lots of directions. There are lots of cheap and cheerful places to eat nearby and the hotel is down a lane and really quiet at night. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely staff again.

Clean, good location, value for money
Clean facilities, with a friendly and accommodating staff. Location is a reasonable walk to and from the Akihabara District. Worth the budget price.

Great budget hotel
As other Japanese hotel, the room was small but really comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping doing really great job. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit.

Not a good value of money
The hotel is clean and nearby the station. Several amenities are also available for free. On the downside, the room is soo small such that movement around the room (we are two people in one room) is difficult. There are no room heater, though the thick blanket helped us to stay warm when sleeping. Would be better to stay in more decent hotel and have the small price difference.

Frugal Canadian in Tokyo
I was looking for something reasonable with your own washroom and bed that was not a pod. This place was it! The room was small, but for the price and location, I considered myself lucky. The night man at the desk had a great command of English as he had studied in Vancouver, and gave me decent advice on locations to check out while I had a day to spare to explore. The hotel is not new, it' not the Taj. But heck, for less than a bill a night, it's awesome! And the twin bed, it was firm, but an extra long one. I was not expecting that! At 6'2" I had plenty of "leg" room. Will I be going back? Yes! I booked my last night in Japan at Yanagibasi so I could get to the airport on time. That's three weeks away, but I am glad I did. Will not change my booking :-)

Very good
Considering the rates of hotel in Tokyo, I'd say it's good for its value. The facilities were a bit old but it's cleaned. We booked a small double bed room and it's just enough for two person. The room is small as there is no space to open your luggage. Toilet seat warmer and auto wash bidet isn't working. It's very easy to find and is accessible. Just get off at asakusabashi station of the JR Sobu line. It's at the east exit of asakusabashi station. You can ride JR sobu line directly to shinjuko, shibuya and harajuko stations. The downside is there are no elevators or escalators in asakusabashi station so you'll have to carry your luggage downstairs. There's a surplus shop at the corner, sort of family mart, where you can buy food and necessities. From Tokyo station, you can ride either the JR yamanote line or the Keihin-Tohoku line to Akihabara then transfer to JR sobu line to Asakusabashi. Staffs were polite and speaks English and let us leave our luggage in the storage.
