First of all, when I check in the front desk staff name Haiqal was very polite to us, he also very helpful when the check in prosess. His very alert in our booking, We take two room deluxe twin room and suite room. The room also so clean very value for money. And in the future i will stay at Hotel Zamburger Grand Jade.

Short staycation within Johor”
Getting sick of cross state restrictions and we decided to go down south and booked a decent suite room in zamburger. The suite is perfect for short staycation with parkings available and shopping mall just across the street. Highly recommend to book suite room. Worth the price

cheap and near CIQ as well as shopping malls i.e. city square, komtar and RnF mall.. room was also big and cozy.. only major issue i had was the poor wifi connection

Basic hotel with coziness and comfort”
2nd stay at this small establishment that is close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, eateries, cinema, and about 7 mins walk to CIQ. Though the traffic can be slightly heard from the room but it does add a feeling of being in downtown. Will go stay again if I return to JB.

Not the Best Choice”
Hotel does not have its own parking lot, as it is near to CIQ, the staff suggest us to park behind the guarded parking lot for RM13 per day. Along the roadside have limited parking as well. WiFi is fast. Staff super friendly. Room a bit too dim with yellow light only, can't see properly, basic amenities provided. Can hear a bit of traffic but it does not really matter if you close the window. Bed is comfy and I had a great sleep during my stay. Bridge just in front of the Hotel connecting direct to JB custom. So convenient. Would suggest to install the JB parking app and pay online only RM6 for 10 hours if you manage to get a proper valid parking spot, saw a lot of cars got summon tickets. A lot of illegal parking nearby as well.

its so so room with nothing to offer. Had better hotel that offer better amnities then this one. Water heater is not working and its cold. Surrounding area has not much to offer with little food to eat. Not worth it.

Clean but noisy hotel”
It had a sheltered link bridge from JB Sentral to the hotel about 10min walk. I stay at the ground floor room and the window facing the main road. Very noisy at night as can hear the car driving pass and can hear people talking outside the room and reception. It is fully booked on my stay. Very strange that they do not have extra bath towel due to fully booked. If noise is not an issue, this is a cheap and average hotel.

Cleanliness: very poor. no hand soap, no shampoo. body soap is too strong. Floor was dirty, room is dusty. There were also alot of left over nutshells behind the bed. Service: I had made request over agoda to this hotel which was approved but when i arrived the staff was unaware and wanted to charge me extra. The room I was given was also easily affected by noise and blocked by another door. I informed the staff but he only shrugged it off and offered no solution or accommodations to relief the nonsense.

Near to checkpoint, harbour, food and shops. 15 min walk to JB sentral. Lovely old building, well maintained and pleasant relief away from crowds. Clean facilities Some crazy motorbike noise but I found this all over Malaysia. My main choice of short stay in Johor.
