        First Class”

        My wife, daughter and future son-in-law and I went for the Day of the Dead celebration and this was the best experience ever. The hotel is centrally located and the staff was incredible. They were always ready to help with whatever we needed especially during a busy weekend. If you are headed to Mexico City I recommend this or any of the "Central Hotels" in the area

        Disappointing all around”

        Despite what you see on he internet this hotel looks like a slightly spiffed up motel the rooms are small the room was not cleaned on a daily basis front desk staff were nice but not effective one day I waited an hour with my daughter fro the free histical walking tour they offer but no one ever came to give it that day the restaurant on the roof has Great food and Great views but service is extremely spotty All in all I wouldn’t go back

        Zocolo Central offers an included breakfast buffet that was excellent. It is hosted on the Balcon with beautiful views of the Zocolo. For those who prefer there are menu options to purchase. We had a delicious dinner at fair prices. They also offer a 24 hour cafe which has many included options such as water coffee, teas sodas and beer. Sandwiches wraps, salads and soups are also offered free of charge as are various other snacks and pastries. Wonderful selection.

        Excelente ubicación y servicio.”

        Muy buen servicio desde la llegada. Se retraso unos minutos el check in peor y Después todo fluyó excelente. Las habitaciones son compactas pero muy acogedoras. Muy coordinada la decoración e inmejorable vista desde el restaurante.

        Helaas geen enkel plekje waar je buiten kon zitten”

        Groot voordeel: gratis eten en drinken aan de benedenbar Groot nadeel: nergens een lekker terras/plekje om een uurtje te ontspannen. Het dakterras is bestemd voor het restaurant en daar kan je alleen zitten als je gaat ontbijten/lunchen/dineren.
