Disgusting”
Marks all Over the walls. No window in room. Sheets smelled like they weren't clean. The front smelled like cigarettes. I felt like a nasty human being just stepping foot in here. They wouldn't refund me the money when I said I couldn't stay there after seeing the room and I don't even care. Dodged a bullet! YUCK! DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Bad Service”
I have Paid but the Staff tell me that it's full, when i come in. i have to wait another guest to checking out till 11pm, check-in is at 02 pm in term and condition. The staff is unpolite too. there is no house keeping, Both the bathroom and bedroom are very dirty. very bad and awful hotel.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!”
Okay, first off, let me tell you that I was a travel agent for over 20 years. I've stayed in just about every level of hotels you can imagine. I've traveled for over a year throughout Southeast Asia and the middle east. I can honestly say that I've never stayed at a hotel this bad, for the money. My room, I think was 208, had about an inch of water in the bathroom the whole time. There was used soap, with hair, in the soap holder. The sheets were very worn, and I suspect that they had not been changed. There were 7 of us traveling together. Everyone had issues with their rooms. We didn't arrive until about 2 am, so we all just blew it off and slept. I asked for toilet paper on the first day, and had to continue to ask for it. Finally, a day later, I wasn't going to leave the front desk until I got some. I was really shocked at how bad this place was, because the reviews seemed pretty good. My advice would be to look for any other place to stay. Personally, I would never go back to this hotel, even if it was free. Location is good for Jalan Alor.

This is the 1st i stay at this hotel and also my last,room are very expensive but the room so bad ,service also bad room very drity. And i already book at agoda before i go but arrived there the staff told me the room was food dun want let me check in,so i need call agoda to ask them change it to more expensive room but the last also give me small room,at night cnt sleep at all ,air cond no cold at all and very noisy if can i want full refund my money all

Receptionist so rude & damn impolite Service sucks no towel Room condition is hazard, door is not safe easily can be break by stranger But the most awful is the damn receptionist is bloody hell RUDE & rude Concept and of customer always right never been apply at all Im as a customer felt so dispointed & will never check in or book this hotel again. DON'T STAY”
I never felt so bad after staying in a hotel before until I stayed in this hotel. I thought that a hotel could be this unwelcoming and they should reconsider venturing into a different business. First, the receptionist barely understands english and so impolite. The only thing I heard from the receptionist when I tried to complain about the water heater not working or the lavatory being clogged was "Not my problem". Speaking of which, they did not even agree for me to change room so I was left with no other choice than to shower with cold water. Thinking that my agony was over, I just wanted to have a long nights sleep that was made impossible by the chatting noise from the other room. It was not as if they were talking loud but its just that the rooms were actually not sound proof. I can actually hear their conversations as if we were in the same room. I didn't stay any longer and thought that them not refunding my money is not worth staying in that hotel for a second longer. So I suggest any traveler thinking of staying in this hotel reconsidering. There are other hotels better that cost the same or less with better facility and service.
