The hotel is very well located with a 5-7 minutes walk to pier 39, nice and clean hotel, well maintained. This hotel has very Good staff with a high degree of good service from valet, Concierge to house keeping. The room is so pretty and comfy for me and my husband. I love the newly renovated and spacious bathroom. We will surely come back here and recommend to our friends. Overall rating for me is an 11/10! Me and my husband were very Happy and satisfied during our stay at the Zoe hotel.

Perfect place to stay! ”
Everytime we go are out of town or out of the country, we always make sure that the place is near everything. But in Hotel Zoe, it’s all perfect! Everything we wanted is in there. The staff/receptionist were so nice. If you’re craving with seafoods, just go out and walk a little bit and you’re there already at the wharfs. The hotel is clean and they have a place that you can take picture for instagram. I truly recommend this place.

An amazing Hotel that can use some upgrades”
Staying at the Hotel Zoe was a great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and was always ready to help and made sure that I knew that I can call on them at anytime for assistance. Literally the Valet employee wanted me to know that I can call them at anytime, any day, as long as I give them about 15 minutes. He told me that multiple times, but stopped before it became annoying. Checking in was a breeze and the front desk talked to you like they were your friend. When I arrived at the room, I noticed a special arrangement that wasn’t meant for my room. I told the front desk about it and an employee came and cleaned up the room and gave me a cake and cupcake dessert reward for letting them know about the mistake quickly. The main thing I noticed about the room was that they have almost anything you need from drinks, snacks, bags, umbrella, travel kits, and “partner” kits. However, they made it very obvious in your room that if you wanted to use or take these bonus items home, it will cost you. Prices where in big fonts, it nice to know the hotel cares about you not getting surprise charges. When I went to bed, I noticed a tiny spot on my sheet, not big enough to cause any suspicion. I called the front desk and in minutes a housekeeper came into my room and replaced the entire bed set. I was in shock, I was just expecting them to replace the sheet, not the whole bed set. Sleeping there was great, the bed was very comfortable and soft. The bathrooms looked amazing and the shower felt great. They even had lamps and an alarm clock and both of them had multiple USB ports to charge whatever you need. My only problems with the hotel is that the overhead dining lamp in the room has a huge shade but a tiny bulbs, it can be much bigger or the shade can be much smaller. Also, once you get into the hallway, you can hear every guest in their rooms. I woke up early and went into the hallway and I could hear everyone’s alarms, chatter, and baby cries. Good location, not too far from Pier 39 and many convenience shops nearby. Hotel staff are friendly and they provide fruit water. However there is an amenity fee the hotel charges daily, which is about USD 28. That I feel is not justifiable, it should be an optional cost, only for guests who needed or used the services - discount for restaurant, bicycle rental, fruit water, coffee/tea in the morning at the bar etc.

A very convenient location which walking distance to fishermen wharf. Good ambient, good food and good people here. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Worth the price for staying here.

We loved our stay at hotel Zoe, the staff were helpful and the room was lovely. It’s a short walk to the Piers and it’s just far enough away to miss the noise from the street and traffic. We loved the scooter hire and used these to travel around San Fran.

Location was outstanding . Minor walk to Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Cable car station etc. Tons of Fun. Lots of restaurants close by. Nice courtyard . If you want a mini adventure, take the Mason Powell cable car into the downtown area, see those sights and walk back.....about 30-35 minutes, 2 1/2 miles with some hills.

Great location and nice sleek hotel ”
We were a little apprehensive with some of the reviews but from the time we arrived to the time we left, everything was perfect. Service was really good and everyone was friendly. Was one of the only us hotels that managed to get us a kettle for boiling water and was really prompt when we requested for it. The room was smaller than typically motels but was definitely cosy enough without being cramped for 2 of us. We had 2 big luggages and 2 big backpacks and had enough space to pack them as it was the last stop of our us trip. One thing we didn’t like was having the resort fee which seems to a norm in Vegas but not sure if it was the same for other hotels in this Neighbour hood. We chose this as it was cheaper than other hotels but the resort fees made us wonder if it might have ultimately work out the same. It’s not like there’s a choice of whether to pay and use the facilities or not so it’s quite a shady sales practice. There were bicycles to borrow and fruit flavored water throughout the day but we didn’t use those much. We liked how they had an eco friendly streak where if you returned your cards they would donate $1 to a charity and if you didn’t choose to clean your room you had $5 credit to spend at the hotel for things like room service. That was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend for its brilliant location. We were just 3 mins from the cable car turnaround and 5 mins from fisherman’s wharf by walking. When we arrived and had to check in before returning our rented car they were okay to just let us put it at the parking porch while we checked in and brought our luggages up. There was a hertz rental 5 mins walk away and really convenient for our car drop off.

Nice hiso hotel within walking distance of fisherman’s warf. Its average price compared to most hotels in the area. Kinda small rooms. But nice hotel and bar in hotel lobby is decent. Restaurant on the corner is great.
