Hotel Zoo”
A lovely hotel. The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and a nice powerful shower. The breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options to choose from. the staff were pleasant and helpful. It is located close to Berlin Zoo. The U bahn has a station about two minutes from the hotel if you want to explore a bit further. There are some nice "high end " shops very close to the hotel and plenty of places for food and drink.

Before making a decision about booking this hotel, my premonitions were mixed up. Unfortunately, this hotel has a lot of very bad opinions, but in spite of this I was persuaded by friends who spent many nights in this hotel. Pros of the hotel: Location: The hotel is located in the best possible place of Berlin - Kurfuerstendamm - it is a street full of exclusive boutiques as we came for shopping. The famous Christmas market is 4-5 minutes, while KaDeWe centre is 10 minutes from the hotel - it is a center with exclusive boutiques. The design of the hotel: I've stayed in a lot of places but this hotel has one of the best interior decor I've ever seen - the lobby is amazing. The restaurant and club downstairs also deserve 10/10 for the design. Rooms: They are small, those with a view at patio are larger about 6 square m, but they do not have a view... Breakfasts: I judge it worst 6/10, if the place itself is beautiful, the choice of what we can eat is average. Cons: The only downside is not quite professional service in the club and cleaners entering the room before leaving it. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Room Tip: In my opionion better are rooms with a patio view. On the lower floors 1st and 2nd the rooms are biger

Hotel Zoo is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel exudes class and was warm and welcoming on a cold day leading up to Christmas. The room exceeded our expectations (the only let down were the hotel's choice of towels where they have gone for design over functionality), the staff were friendly and the breakfast was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a weekend”
Second time at Hotel Zoo and really enjoyed it. 2 points that could be improved: more TV channels including music channels; a sound system to connect your ipod/iphone. Apart from that everything was flawless. The breakfast is well worth it. The location unbeatable. Staff very friendly. The bar is a great starting point for a night out. Lobby is very stylish.

The hotel was great overall. We booked a panoramic room witch was very nice, the size and cleanness was in top. We booked a table in the restaurant and here we must say that the service didn’t live up to the rest of the hotel. The food was great, but the service was very slow and the restaurant staff wasn’t paying attention, we had the same experience at the breakfast the morning after.

Fantastic property with disappointing staff”
Room was exceptional, amenities were factastic, location couldnt be better (shop, came back to drop off bags and walked out to do more shopping. Near cafes and brunch places too!). But what is with the staff?! You guys really ruined the place to be honest. No hospitality-mind at all. Or maybe I'm Asian and I come from high expectation of service :P

Overall it went well except for few details like one of the rooms ( A/C was not efficient ) and told them several times and nothing was done . They did not propose to change room for instance under the pretext that “ this is the rate you booked ....”

Great hotel from the intial look on the website, be aware that the roof terrace and resturant is not open on Sunday and Monday. The bathrooms could do with hooks to hang robes or clothes, and the staff need more attention to detail.

I book throw agoda this hotel my room should be superior one and I pay for it They give me regular one for 2 days then they chang the Room . I try to call agoda and I leave message in the answer machine with ID BOOK. No one calls me even I send email to agoda but no response they deal so bad with it.

The hotel was booked through Agoda and the reservation was for the room and buffet breakfast, however the hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included and charged me the cost of breakfast around 100EUR per day.

LUXURY on Kudamm”
Exquisite design, wonderful rooms, beds, interior vibe, feel and staff. Vibe in Grace restaurant is amazing - the breakfast equally so, with a good variety of wonderful treats and free styles of coffee / lattes. Only due to heavy rain, the rooftop wasn’t open during our stay, which would’ve been nice - so we’ll have to come back for another time ;) Even without a pool, it’s still definitely giving five-star vibes. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Klein aber fein”
Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Beleuchtung für meinen Geschmack etwas zu gedämpft, es wirkt fast dunkel. Der Service ist top, das Frühstück ein Highlight, das Zimmer (Panoramazimmer) ist leider sehr klein, die Lage ist aber zentral und eine u-Bahn Station direkt vor der Haustür.
