Stayed here for 10 days. We chose this hotel mainly because it is closer to St. Luke Global. We are here for medical purpose not for vacation. We actually didn't know what to expect but was glad it took only about 10mins Grab drive away the hospital. The hotel itself is situated perfectly for our needs. The Malls, eateries and everything else we need is just a walk away. 7/11 is in the same building, just outside. Grab car is quick and though it can be pretty crowded at times, the hotel security does a great job in controlling the traffic within the hotel area esp. if you have Grab schedule coming. Just let them know and they will come get you once your Grabcar arrives. The walk to the mall or shops can be a bit intimidating at first esp. if you're not use to it but after a couple of times, it's becomes a breeze. Even my teenage son maneuvers the crowd pretty well at the end of this trip. The room is not as small as people's feedback on here. It's a good size esp. for 3 people like us, who are not Filipino sizes. My teen is about 5'11 already and I'm chunky, lol. It is comfortable and had enough room for all three of us plus our 3 large suitcases and 1 small one. More importantly, the room was clean. A/C worked well. Amenities supplied daily and the room comes with mini fridge, microwave-which is a plus to us. Bathroom is clean, shower pressure and water temp in good standing. Overall, we have no complaints with out room set up. We had a few run-ins with housekeeping the first few days. Room was not clean even when asked. Their bedsheets are not tucked in well so it moves about or becomes loose hence we need daily housekeeping to tidy up the bed. They just use flatsheet it seem and it doesn't reach all the way the end of the bed to be tucked in so it's messy. Not sure why they don't use fitted sheet so this can be remedied but that's not my problem. Housekeeping also insist on giving us 2 towels when there's 3 of us. We kept asking for extra towels which became a nuisance after the 3rd or 4th request. Same as cleaning service. We decided to opt out on staying at a condo through AirBnB for this purpose. We prefer to have housekeeping cleaning daily and towels changed daily and here we stumbled upon housekeeping issues. Touche. Anyhow, after talking to the manager, Madonna, one evening, things had improved immensely. She also promised to give us a free late check-out for our trouble (which I did not ask) esp. our flight on our last day was indeed at night time. She did deliver her promise and we're grateful. Breakfast was a hit and miss but can't really complain much. We are grateful to have something to eat to start our day. It wasn't all that bad really. There's different choices too. Also, it's convenient esp. if you want to sleep in. My wife just brings me a bentobox breakfast from downstairs which they allow. Neat! No Laundry service which is a bit inconvenient esp for long term guest like us. There is however one outside laundry station that is about 5-10mins walk away. Just drop off and pick up, no deliveries. Maybe in time, the hotel will provide a laundry service for more convenience to their guests. Despite some minor niggles, I'd definitely stay here again. I'm pleased with their friendly staff and the integrity of their manager, Madonna. Thank you, Hotel101 Fort.

As a Filipino who grew up in Manila, I’ve been to many hotels across the Philippines most specially in the popular tourist spots but never in Manila. In fact, Hotel 101 is my first ever hotel in Manila and glad that we booked it!!! It gave me a positive, wonderful, whole lasting impression I could ever think of. Before I begin my Exceptional review, the hotel is by far at par with those in Thailand and Japan in terms of price, location, room and ammenities. As a 3-star hotel located centrally at the main intersection entering C-5 road in betwen Sm Aura and Market Market for me this is one of the best centrally located hotel if your looking for access to shopping malls, markets and BGC in the Fort at almost a quarter of the price of Five star hotels then nothing could get better than this!!! As my friend is visiting the Philippines and Manila for the first time we were looking for affordability, locality, ammenities and good reviews and all okkf this hits the mark of Hotel 101 the Fort. We didn’t hesitate right away and booked a Standard Double room for 3 nights via Agoda at just 215 sgd with breakfast nothing coul d get better than this!!! From NAIA terminal 3 we took a grab to The Fort area and is around 300 php++ The hotel is beside 7 eleven and is very bright at night. They have a rotation glass door entrance and a side one and upon alighting our Grab the staff and security immediately assisted us with our luggages in split seconds - wow what an impressive first impression it was!!! The lobby mind you is very huge and spacious - modern, sleek, cozy and vivid. I loved that they have huge glass window facade which gives a view of surroundings outside and some 3 massive circular chandeliers which gives a modern chic vibes. There are a lot of lounge chairs and sofa on both sides of the lobby and concierge is on the right and check-in counter right at the center. Check-in was smooth and easy and we were also assisted by the staff towards our at the 10F. It is a 33 storey mixed business and leisure hotel with restaurant, pool, gym and parking lot at the basement. Upon entering our 21 sqm spacious and cozy room sets the bar high for this hotel. Wow oh wow for this price is it at par with Thailand hotels even better than Sg/HK ones at a 3 star level!!! First the massive toilet/shower to your left on neat Dark Brown tiles with a Glass divider. They have bidet which is a big plus and the water pressure is strong and heating easy to manage. The them Beige and Grey which is quite appeasing. They provide toiletries, slippers and clean towels. The sink is quite big and the overall design is simple yet practical which I loved!! In front of the toilet is their huge and massive wardrobe with tons of compartments, hangers, cabinets and a white soft silky bath robe which is quite a surprise especially for 3 star hotels - this is another big impression for us!!! Beside the wardrobe is another big surprise - a full on mini-kitchenette equiped with sink, cabinets and a micro-wave oven nothing could get better than this even a 5-star hotel can’t beat this. On the kitchenette lies the mini-fridge, kettle and complimentary cups and coffee. They don’t provide kitchenware and dishwashing liquid so you need to bring yourselves. The warm yellow lighting at night gives the kitchenette a night lamp effect at night which is really mesmerizing!!! Across the same area there is the super big Smart TV mounted on the wall which not only give you an option to watch Youtube or Netflix but tons of local/cable channels as well - another great ammenity provided by Hotel 101. But wait there’s one more thing - their WIFI is super fast not found in other Philippines hotels at this level - what a great hotel it is!!! There is a long wooden under TV compartment which adds another storage space for your things and a small study table by the corner with a simple chair right at the corner of this space. We loved our view so much and we have 2 different perspective

Our family had an amazing stay at Hotel101 - The Fort from December 17 to 19, 2024! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel right at home. The hotel’s modern and family-friendly atmosphere was perfect for our trip. The room we booked was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the cozy beds, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like complimentary bottled water, high-quality toiletries, and a well-stocked mini-fridge. Hotel101-Fort is a great option for families visiting Taguig, especially with its proximity to Bonifacio Global City (BGC), SM Aura, and Market! Market! The location is incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it easy to explore around! It was great heading back to hotel for a break in-between activities! The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay pleasant and stress-free. It's also a family-friendly choice, with the environment being welcoming to children. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. While the shower was clean and functional, the water pressure was disappointingly weak, which made for a less-than-ideal bathing. On the other hand, the bidet pressure was uncomfortably strong, like hose type pressure strong! There wasn't some way I can adjust it. Additionally, the elevators can be quite slow, which might be frustrating during peak times. The hotel does not offer laundry services, but there are nearby options available, so it wasn't much of an inconvenience. Overall, Hotel101-Fort is a convenient and family-friendly option with excellent staff and a great location, though a few minor adjustments could make the stay even better!
