Excellent and friendly staff and great location make this hotel a great choice for travelers. Many reviewers praised the staff for their excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located in a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms are also clean and well-maintained with complete facilities for a comfortable stay.

Check in is strictly 2pm. People starting to queue up 15-30mins in the checkin counter. Gave my son’s elementary ID and my license card which they did not bother to check the expiry. No cash deposits given! Asked why and counter said that becoz upon check out they need us to wait 5-10mins so that housekeeping can check the room if we need to pay something or not. There is 7/11 at the ground level. Its 5 mins walking distance to Market! Market! and SM Aura. First room we got has an issue with the aircon whereby it keeps turning off after an hour or so. So they assisted us to move to a different room together with their bell service staffs. We waited for the new room and move there in less than 20mins coz I already packed our bags beforehand. First room was facing the houses and can see airplanes flying and the 2nd one is facing BGC. Both rooms are clean and spacious. The toilet of the 2nd room is quite small compared to the 2nd one. The water pressure is not strong but not weak as well so pretty decent. They have a shower heater. They have safe deposit box, fridge, etc. But, one thing that I appreciated about the rooms are the sinks and the microwave. Such amenities are rare site and I definitely love it. Aircon is not centralize so each room has a window-type aircon. View is unobstructed. Drinking water, coffee and toiletries are provided. Their staff’s response is quick. You call the reception for something and staffs bring or go to ur room in 5-10mins. They would greet you when you meet them anywhere. Very easy to book a grab car to/fro. We did not pay for a breakfast buffet coz there is a 24-hr Jollibee and other fast food in Market! Market! Will I recommend and book with this hotel again? Definitely!

Hotel 101 at the Fort is a great value for the money. The rooms and facilities are a notch better than I was expecting. The room is spacey and comfortable with multiple amenities. The TV, Safe, Microwave, and Refrigerator were above average. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was just good, but suffers from being a bit dim. Overall the condo was very quiet, comfortable, and cool. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I've heard some complain about the elevators: they are a bit war, but also fast. I rarely had to wait for one. The air conditioning worked well; a little too well some nights. The third floor facilities were good. The cafe serves decent but pricey food. The pool was nice but a little small and I didn't get to try the gym out. Hotel 101 Fort's location is great but not necessarily walkable for westerners like me. At least not on the level that other pricier accommodations are. Overall though this is a solid hotel, and if I'm on a budget I will definitely consider this place again. Though, I do find certain condo complex's nearby may edge it out due to a more walkable location. However, the staff here cannot be beat. I just wish it were a little closer to High Street and Market Market. 5 stars.
Stayed here for 10 days. We chose this hotel mainly because it is closer to St. Luke Global. We are here for medical purpose not for vacation. We actually didn't know what to expect but was glad it took only about 10mins Grab drive away the hospital. The hotel itself is situated perfectly for our needs. The Malls, eateries and everything else we need is just a walk away. 7/11 is in the same building, just outside. Grab car is quick and though it can be pretty crowded at times, the hotel security does a great job in controlling the traffic within the hotel area esp. if you have Grab schedule coming. Just let them know and they will come get you once your Grabcar arrives. The walk to the mall or shops can be a bit intimidating at first esp. if you're not use to it but after a couple of times, it's becomes a breeze. Even my teenage son maneuvers the crowd pretty well at the end of this trip. The room is not as small as people's feedback on here. It's a good size esp. for 3 people like us, who are not Filipino sizes. My teen is about 5'11 already and I'm chunky, lol. It is comfortable and had enough room for all three of us plus our 3 large suitcases and 1 small one. More importantly, the room was clean. A/C worked well. Amenities supplied daily and the room comes with mini fridge, microwave-which is a plus to us. Bathroom is clean, shower pressure and water temp in good standing. Overall, we have no complaints with out room set up. We had a few run-ins with housekeeping the first few days. Room was not clean even when asked. Their bedsheets are not tucked in well so it moves about or becomes loose hence we need daily housekeeping to tidy up the bed. They just use flatsheet it seem and it doesn't reach all the way the end of the bed to be tucked in so it's messy. Not sure why they don't use fitted sheet so this can be remedied but that's not my problem. Housekeeping also insist on giving us 2 towels when there's 3 of us. We kept asking for extra towels which became a nuisance after the 3rd or 4th request. Same as cleaning service. We decided to opt out on staying at a condo through AirBnB for this purpose. We prefer to have housekeeping cleaning daily and towels changed daily and here we stumbled upon housekeeping issues. Touche. Anyhow, after talking to the manager, Madonna, one evening, things had improved immensely. She also promised to give us a free late check-out for our trouble (which I did not ask) esp. our flight on our last day was indeed at night time. She did deliver her promise and we're grateful. Breakfast was a hit and miss but can't really complain much. We are grateful to have something to eat to start our day. It wasn't all that bad really. There's different choices too. Also, it's convenient esp. if you want to sleep in. My wife just brings me a bentobox breakfast from downstairs which they allow. Neat! No Laundry service which is a bit inconvenient esp for long term guest like us. There is however one outside laundry station that is about 5-10mins walk away. Just drop off and pick up, no deliveries. Maybe in time, the hotel will provide a laundry service for more convenience to their guests. Despite some minor niggles, I'd definitely stay here again. “Great place for a relaxing vacay”
Not my first time in Manila. Stayed in Makati on my first trip and this round in Taguig. Hotel101-Fort is constantly overbooked. Many of the Pricess Cruise staff stay here as well. Staff are friendly, quick to respond, helpful, and never fail to smile and greet guests, even if they walk into the same elevator with thr guests! Excellent service by housekeeping. They truly respect your privacy. Love this hotel! I only wished both treadmills were working and not just one as the treadmill is a hot cake amongst guests. Did not use the pool but it's cleaned daily from what I can see when I check into the gym daily in the morning. Location is excellent if you are willing to walk. If you're too lazy, then SM Aura Prem. is merely 500m away. If you are lazier, then 7-11 is right next door. If you are adventurous, go for a walk. The place is safe. 10-12 mins to High Street, depending where exactly you want to go around the Bonaf. area. It's really walkable, to be honest, if one ain't lazy to do so and expects only air conditioned malls nearby. Too many eateries to choose from so your choice of cheap street food or middle class fast food, or perhaps high end dining. Lots of coffee places to keep you pumped up - Starbucks, Coffee Bean, Seattle's, etc. etc. So if you're on a relaxing, nothing planned vacay but just to chill like I did, then this is a really good place you'd want to consider. I was so comfortable that I technically didn't leave my room at all for 2 of the days I was there. All I did was go to the gym, went down to 7-11 next door, bought bread and their fried chicken with rice, grabbed a coke and a salted caramel latte 3in1, went back up to haven, no, sorry, my room... but it was like home to me, so that's how comfortable I was with this place. I am looking at booking this place for my 2 weeks trip next year again, sadly, they are sold out or the prices are really steep. So I am waiting to see what the rates are like and I may just stay here again next year around the same time.
