Staffs are extremely kind and helpful. The location is good - you can walk to nagoya castle in about 15 mins. Somewhat small room but overall it is simple and cozy.

Big Family Room”
Due to unforeseen change of schedule we made a last minute booking for Hotel 123 with discount for a family room at around USD100 x 2 nights. It situated in the top floor at the corner of guest corridor. Although room was not real cool, it was clean n tidy with 2 double bed n 1 single bed. Actually it could cater for 5 adult without husle. The size was almost double of the standard room. As mentioned by some other travellers, the bed was slightly harder than the usual hotel, but it fit me very well. Breakfast was included but it was never compariable as those internationa breakfast buffet as what we used to have in HK hotels. Anyway it was a good stay for our family.

The hotel wasn't that bad, the breakfast was great even though I missed first day. I love the recreation room; they have pingpong, manga, and massage chairs.

Great place to stay in a great location”
It was great. I actually stayed twice, once night each at the start and end of my trip, and it was a great place to get situated after the flight in and to rest up before my flight out. The staff was excellent, the place was clean, and the room, er, cubicle, was just about perfect for what I needed.

Nagoya here we come”
The location is pretty quiet with nothing much happening. Within walking distance from the Marunouchi subway station exit (quite a long walk though within the station). Staff was helpful but the hotel is pretty rundown. It's more a budget hotel. Didn't use their games room facilities. Breakfast variety is there but basic. Wifi usable but not fast.

The service is beyond my expectations. Staff spoke English. Breakfast is provided. Though simple but nice. The place is a bit old but clean and comfortable. Location is near subway station and Family Mart.

Small and old”
This hotel is very old and outdated. The picture on Agoda is very deceptive. We thought we were getting a reasonably sized room, but it was so small with nowhere to put your cases. There was also no room to move between the beds which were rock hard.
